Hi! How are you? I’m having some issues with the theme. I’ve already design all my site, but the shop is not working. I’m using it as a catalog but from the home page or the shop page the products did not open unless you tried it on a new tab, if you click, nothing happens and if you want to go to the store with any buttons or menu, it doesn’t either. Can you help me? I sent a massage to the support team but I’m not reciving any answer. I’ve also sent some screenshots. Thanks!

Hi, I would like to add some css to portfolio pages that have darker backgrounds, I don’t seem to b able to do it with page settings. Can you please set up a bit of css that convert text elements to lighter colours, this will include menu elements and footer elements .

Hello,
I am trying to use the theme but I am having a lot of issues. I contacted the support more than 36h ago and still waiting.
The main two big problems are:
- I cannot change any picture (I tried different pages of the template and creating a new page). I upload a new pic in the media but then I cannot upload it on the pages.
- Every time that a duplicate any section on Elementor I completely lose the format on the preview and on the live/updated version of the page.
I checked if I have some compatibility issues with the hosting but it doesn’t look like. Thank you

Hello, I have purchased the template and I have a problem with the portfolio (I have tried to register for support but I do not receive the email to verify the account). The problem is that I have deleted the portfolio categories and created new categories, and the new categories appear in the portfolio view of the website, but when I click the “show all” category it tells me “No posts were found for provided query parameters.” However, I do have portfolios created and in the rest of the categories if it shows them to me, what could be happening? thanks greetings.

What is the best approach for modifying the header layout? I’m interested in a layout similar to the ‘Divided’ layout, but with a slight modification: I’d like the menu navbar to be positioned below the logo, rather than on both sides.

Thanks for writing in! Within our Hiroshi theme you can select different header layouts and choose the Divided layout but if you wish modify the template you will need to modify the theme files or perhaps try to achieve it with custom CSS.

I understand that modifying the theme files or using custom CSS could lead to issues when the theme is updated. To mitigate this, I’m considering using Elementor to create a custom menu layout. Would this be a compatible and sustainable option within the context of the Hiroshi theme? Are there any known conflicts or limitations I should be aware of when using Elementor for this purpose?
Additionally, do you have any best practices or recommendations for ensuring that custom modifications are preserved during theme updates?

Thanks for getting back. The theme is compatible with the free version of the Elementor plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website.
However Elementor Pro custom header and footer is not supported since we do have our own options for header and footer.

I have some problems with the configuration of the theme, I write down the problems in case you can help me:
1. The contact form that comes by default with the demo does not work, I have modified it but I can not write in the spaces (when it is set in two columns) if I put it in a single column it works … Where is the problem, do I have to change any parameter?
2. In the portfolio, there is a predefined text that I don’t know where to change, can you tell me?
3. It is possible to change the name of the parameters of (date) (category) of portfolio, I would like to be able to put the following: (date ≠ “fecha”) and (category ≠ “servicio”).

Hey, I bought the theme, but I think linebreaks are not working correctly in the revolution slider. When I add them they show up in the editor but when saved they don’t show up on the page itself. Is there something broken between the revolution slider and the theme?

Hello, Very nice theme. I want to buy it. Only have a question: filter at Portfolio\List Layouts (for example https://hiroshi.qodeinteractive.com/two-columns/) – when I choose filter (show all, fascades, interior..) there is big delay with graphic effect, when the sorted photos appear. Is there any option to switch of this effect, so that the selected photos appear instantly? Or maybe I can adjust delay time?

Unfortunately, there is no option to disable this animation or to adjust animation timing. It can be modified a bit with some custom css.

This section is called “Title Area” and it can be enabled/disabled on individual pages. You can also change background image to suit your needs.

Regarding the live demo, 1- the images at the project page ( for example https://hiroshi.qodeinteractive.com/portfolio-item/jade-house-2/ ) when the user click on one of the images, a pop up displayed with some options like share, so the user has to close it then he can check next and previous images. 2- for the single project with masonry-big style ( https://hiroshi.qodeinteractive.com/portfolio-item/masonry-big/ ) try to resize the browser window size and check the images.

1. This is due to the Elementor lightbox also being enabled alongside themes lightbox. Once the Elementor lightbox is turned off only the theme lightbox will be used. This is now also applied on our demo so you cab check.
2. Please note that testing responsiveness by resizing browse window is not the recommended way to test responsiveness. This is because different scripts are loaded for different screen sizes. That is why, when looking from device, page is refreshed when domain is reached. When you resize browser window you don’t refresh the page and that’s why distortion occur. In either way you would need to test responsive functionality from an actual device.
