nice plans for future
Hi, nice theme as always!
Have a question.. having problem to post only pictures in the standard post format.. all pictures are being displayed in the “feed” instead of only showing the featured image/first image in the post.. Any hints how to fix this?
We are using the theme as a blog for displaying different content from the internet where some post only contains pictures, so we can’t show 40 pictures in the feed from one post.
Hey! Thanks for purchasing one of our files, we truly appreciate it! Support for all our themes is conducted through the ThemeZilla support forums, if you’d like to start a new thread over there either myself or another member of the support team can take a look at your issue

Awesome awesome theme. I love it. I have one slight issue that I can’t seem to figure out where it is arising from. I’m using a Mac and when using Firefox, after pressing the Load More button once, two of the posts overlay themselves on top of the posts before it.
Surprisingly, if I perform a page zoom in or out, then they posts align themselves well. Seen this before?
Continuing from above post, forgot to give you my site (and can’t seem to find a reply button). My site is ahmeddirie.com
Hi Orman, I monetize my sites with ads, am I able to do something like that with your theme – http://i.imgur.com/mZmzc.png ?
Hi, you should be able to yes depending on how you generate the adds. If it’s a case of a JS snippet, then you could embed that rather than a video for example. If the ads are more complicated, then you may need a dev to “insert” the ad blocks dynamically after every x posts perhaps.
can you help me, i’ve already installed wordpress, and then when i click install hoarder theme, there’s an error like this
Warning: curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/**/wp-content/themes/hoarder/framework/zilla-admin-functions.php on line 384
when i checked in line 384, there’s this:
$xml = curl_exec($ch);
what should i do?
help is appreciated.
I Love this theme! How to configure to use three columns like this image:
or this (my client):
Thanks in advance.
Hello there, nice theme, but just 2 questions here.
1) I’d like to show only one category in the page using the template-home-blog, but I’m really struggling to understand where to put the <?php query_posts(‘cat=25’); ?> which is normally just before the loop <?php if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>. But the loop is different in this template so if you can help me
2) I’d like to create another page, let’s say “Articles”, showing the posts exactly the same way as the index page, but I can’t. There’s apparently no template for that, and when I try to create a new template by pasting the index content, it doesn’t work.
If you have those answers you’ll save my life !
I am planning on purchasing this theme, just a quick query:
Is it possible to get your ZillaLikes Plugin to display on each of the tiles on the Homepage of Hoarder, just like it does in your other site, http://www.premiumpixels.com/. This will allow visitors to the site a quick view of which posts have been popular and which haven’t.
Would you be able to help me set that up after I have purchased it in your support forums or would I need a developer?
Hi, it would certainly be possible to do, but you would need to work together with a developer to modify the plugin slightly to overlay over your thumbs etc.
I’ve some problems with audio posts on Firefox. Seems that the post titles, and other links doesn’t work. We’ve upload audios in mp3 format. Check it: scannerfm
Hi I would like to purchase Hoarder and had a few questions. Can I change the background to something I like better? And in the “pinterest” looking layout, are they always linked to a blog post? And finally, I am a rookie WP user and was wondering if this is fairly easy to use out of the box. Thanks.
1. You can change the background by editing the CSS file.
2. Yes, all the posts are blog posts.
3. I would say so yes.
Hi I also wanted to ask you if the size of the posts, photos, etc. on the home page are editable for size. So for instance if I wanted the post appearance to be either bigger, smaller, wider, etc. am I able to do that or is the size automatic. Thanks again.
Hi, the width of all media is automatically set by the theme, the height is variable depending on the original aspect ratio of the image.
Hi Orman, I bought a few templates and they all have an issue with fixed thumbnails on the front and category pages. But in actual life, the images are normally either landscape or portfolio and in different ratio. I prefer to do less editing on images and just upload. So I like your theme, but I have a question. Can the category page also show masonry and 2 column with sidebar? I am afraid some images are small, so I will prefer a standard 2 column + sidebar throughout whole site. If it is single column, not all the images will be big enough.
Hi, the category pages are as per the demo. It would be possible to change them to masonry but you would need to have someone edit the code for you.
I’m considering purchasing this theme for a blog. I love the masonry arrangements of the posts on the home page. Is it possible to keep the masonry style when you click into a category, rather than posts listed vertically?
Hi, the category pages are as per the demo. Keeping them masonry would be possible, but you’d need the help of a developer to modify the files slightly.
The layout of this theme is really beautiful. I’m considering purchasing this, but have a question. It’s advertised as a blog site, but can it be used as a graphic design portfolio site? From the demo it looks like it can. I’d be displaying mostly logo’s, posters & a few websites.
One thing I’m looking for is when you click on a thumbnail link (such as a poster) on the home page, for it to link to a page that has more than one enlarged view of it vertically, similar to how the Volume theme displays them.
Is that possible?
Hi, you could use it as a portfolio yes. To have more than one image on the detail page, you’d need to use the gallery post format e.g. http://demo.themezilla.com/hoarder/its-no-use-the-aliens-have-landed/
Amazing theme but I’m having trouble with the RSS it spits out.. not only is there no image, it makes a random image on the blog the permanent featured image…. help?
Hey Orman, thanks for the amazing theme.
Recently I got a problem for this theme after I post a number of articles on the WordPress.
Once I clicked on “Load More” button on the end of the homepage, the layout for new entries just messed up.
The link to my website is http://mobilezine.asia, please advice.
Theme looks great. But I have another theme I want to use, so my question is. Do you have this functionality (with the grid) in a plugin? That would be great!
Too bad, I would have bought that But now I found an easy way to do it. It turned out something similar was included in a plugin that I already own.
I’m looking to purchase this theme for a photo sharing concept. Do you think I can easily modify to match a vision for an instagram “like” site? Or do you recommend a different theme for this purpose?
Hi, you could certainly use each post for showing images yes. If you like the style of the site then I would suggest that it is suitable.
Is it possible to add a Google Adsense block after say the third or forth post on the homepage? If so what is the code? Great theme btw.
Hi, I’m sure that’s possible but it’s not something we include with the theme. You would need to have a developer add this for you.
