Actually I’m creating the site for my client and he purchased the theme from his account. And there are many problems in this theme. Some times it says critical error some time “Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response.” And there are more errors. I’m just concern why I’m seing these errors? We recommend you to delete all WordPree files with the theme and install a clean WordPress, our theme and follow docs with demo content importing and initial theme setup step

Hello sir, before buying the theme your team responds fast. That’s why I purchased it because I thought your support team would support me on time. This is the main reason I asked you first. In case during installation of the theme if I face any issue your team supports me. But nothing is like that. Your support team did not reply on time even after they replied to me 1 or 2 days ago. But I have to complete my work on time. You have to tell me that your supportive team will not respond on time. Then I’ll not not buy your product. So I would have bought the theme elsewhere. 1) Under Settings>>permalinks>>Permalink structure.
When i select custom structure. Then click on save changes. After that it automatic shift Day and name option.
