Hello, I have a serious problem with your theme and its upload. I found several similar messages from people in the comments who also could not open it online.
VPBackery is not installing and asking to update and when i update it it is the same as in the picture.
It is a broken template even though i downloaded it from themeforest. i will try to use another version of the plugin. There someone there a year ago could not import the demo as well, maybe it is easier to download some more or less ok theme nuled https://themeforest.net/item/home-zone-single-property-real-estate-wordpress-theme/17690725/comments . After 3 weeks there was still no support. There are few possibilities to make individual color changes or other individual changes. So I had to use a different theme that I could adjust better.
