I bought this theme 3 months ago. I wanted to create a real estate website that serves all of Türkiye. We have completed the city, district and neighborhood entries of our country. As a result, we entered nearly 60,000 data. The theme is almost inoperable due to slowdown. Page opening speed increased from 40 seconds to 1 minute. The administration panel has become almost inoperable due to slowdown. The support team said they couldn't fix the problem. He said start the return process from Envato. We could neither get our return fee back nor the problem was solved. If you are going to enter loaded data into the theme, stay away. Tested on 4 different servers with this data density, the result is the same. They do not offer a solution, you give 60$ for nothing. Our 3 months wasted. The only action we do on the theme;

What about customer support - there is no such a thing with this autor!!!! They do not respond. At all!!

ho effettuato due acquisti, non sto usando nessun tema e ora, visto che il supporto è scaduto (o supporto NON la licenza dei temi) non posso parlare con nessuno!!! è tutto il girono che perdo del tempo con voi. Ho una licena, non l'ho utilizzata e ADESSO VOGLIO QUELLO PER CUI HO PAGATO!!!!!! Sono fuori di me!!

Overall great theme I love to use.
the design is very good, but I'm still not satisfied with the appearance on the Single post.
I hope the developer can maximize it again.

The system lacks basic search functionality.
For example, if you want to search for a house with 3 or more bedrooms , when you select 3 for bedrooms in the search form, it will only return properties with exactly 3 bedrooms, not those with 3 or more.
This is the same for all fields, bathrooms, garages, and so on. This is a basic search function and is expected for such a search form for properties.
The developers have suggested that we need to pay designers to code this function.
We will be replacing the theme unfortunately.
What a waste of time and effort.
Very dissapointed.

Hi, I think you should give any proof for "you have to pay for us for what you want". I told you have to hire someone, not us to do it.
What you want is feature which my theme is not available and I suggest that.

Good features, but to use images from external links you need to change some lines of code. But the support is helpful for this.
