No documentation available at all. None in download, none online. Matter of fact, no documentation at all for any of their themes is online. If it wasn't for that, this would have got 5 stars.

Not customizable, many elements cannot be changed and translation is very difficult/impossible. Support not very helpful.
very good everything. At the first time the support was a little bad but now is good.
