The product thumbnail in the cart disappears on the desktop version.
In the mobile version it does appear.
Any solution for this.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Mini Cart > Switch on Always Show option, so it will display in cart and checkout pages also.

We have an error that breaks our secondary language Chinese pages. First of all above is warning, not an error and also it is generating from WP files. Anyway we have tested Hongo latest version and it is not generating above warning, but there may be any conflict of data or plugins or customisation in your setup, which may be causing this.

A warning that breaks the appearance of the page is an error. As I have already told you this issue only happens when your theme is active. Please provide evidence that you have secondary languages such as Chinese working. As you can see it doesn’t happen to our German language, only Chinese. We should not have to pay you to fix something we have already spent many many hours helping you to fix the first time. Hi, I have the license but the support has expired.. when do you update the theme so that Hongo addons, Wp Bakery and slider revolution can also be updated? It would be necessary for security reasons…. thanks..

Hi,
I would like to disable the sticky “add to cart” which comes from the bottom while on the product page. I tried all options to disable it but none of them is working. On a desktop it covers half of the screen, on a mobile, it covers the whole screen.

I have a premium theme that was installed on my website by a third-party developer. I don’t have the purchase code since it was purchased by him. Hongo latest version 2.5 includes WooCommerce 6.7.0 and we have not provided compatibility of latest WooCommerce plugin version 7. So it will be included in next theme update with proper compatibility and testing. So after future theme update you can first update theme and then included plugins as per below articles to have everything latest.

hi i was able to update the theme by linking via the Envato plugin, but the Hongo plugin wont update unless i join Elegant themes on a paid subscription? I still have activate support licence on Theme Forest?

WPBakeryplugin is not being updted. It says “To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.” I cannot create a ticket in your own support platform because its been more than 6 months since purchase. BUT you say there should be lifetime updates so I guess you have to give me a solution for this. Thanks.

Certain brands don’t display on the widget filter after moving products to a new category. Does it take some time for the lookups to regenerate. It seems sporadic as it doesn’t happen with all brands / categories. Any thoughts?
I’ve identified the problem and this is definitely a bug. If you order by ‘Default’ or ‘Name’ some of the brands get lost. Order by anything else and it’s OK. This isn’t ideal as I’d like my brands to appear in alphabetical order, which is the most logical thing to do.

We have tested Brand filter using default and alphabetical order also, it is listing brands properly and filtering products fine. So you can please check any other plugins, customisation to find the conflict if any with the help of your WP developer if required.

The grid layouts break when there are long product names. Is there any way to standardise the height of rows?
Not one of product list styles works as shown as in the demo. They are all a mess, with relevant buttons not showing, hover state not working etc. I’ve removed all custom CSS and they won’t render correctly. It’s driving me nuts.

If your product images are of not same size and / or product titles can take different number of rows due to length then you will need to implement custom css to apply min height to image and title as per your data / image requirement. Or other option is to go for masonry layout instead of grid styles.
