Hello – the Appearance >> Theme Options menu does not seem to be working for quite a long time and the updates released haven’t fixed it. Anytime I click on an option in the menu it just refreshes an anchored link but does not update the page so you can update the options. Is this a known issue or can you supply a fix? Thank you.

I bought, installed and “demo data” does not work !!! The author says “sorry, this doesn’t work on wordpres 5.5.1” so I made wordpres 5.5.0 and it doesn’t work either! She rarely replies to messages! I bought the site and it doesn’t work! and I’ve already done 100 pages of wordpress. I do not recommend!!!!!!

Complete waste of time. Bought this theme as it was advertised to work out of the box. DEMO CONTENT DOES NOT IMPORT. Then they tell you to give them access to your site which is skecthy and they still dont resolve it!! I waited 24 hours after purchasing and nothing!! My client is now behind schedule. DO NOT BUY!!

I requested a refund over a week ago. Please check your ticket ID. The theme did not work as advertised out of the box. The demo content does not import. It also crashed my site and I had to reinstall wordpress and database. I gave support my login and after 24 hours still no one helped. I no longer want support for this item as i was forced to buy a new theme. I would like a refund please. I have open cases with Envato and Paypal to resolve this because after a week you still have not given me a refund. The theme does not work as advertised.
