I’m having an issue with column stacking in Gmail for Android. The three columns are not centered when stacking, they are off to the right and left. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi, Gmail app is removing style in the header area and not properly support @media query for responsive.
However, that at this moment Gmail are releasing a big update to the Gmail web client and mobile app, but support might be rolling out gradually across regions. We do know that the rollout is still ongoing with many waiting on getting the new rendering capabilities on their Gmail accounts. So It would be better to wait until an update is available across all regions.
Do you mean that there’s nothing I can do to fix it right now?
Properly yes, normally there’s no fix for this because Gmail is not supported responsive by default unless we do reconstruct the code convert to the hybrid method(and that will take times). It better to wait for Gmail to finish their update and test or fix at once.
As I know, if their update is done there no need to fix or change anything because they included a @media query support for responsive as well.

Hello, pre-purchase question. This is supposed to be a responsive template, but it doesn’t resize in the browser. Will it resize in mobile email clients?
Yes it is, you can send a test mail from demo page to your inbox and try see in mobile device(native email app). Actually the template is responsive by media query it also reponsive in my browser as I view nomally.(chrome, firefox, ie, safari)

Hi, sorry not quite understand what you mean by those number. I guess it was a responsive alignment for “1/2 List” module right?
if it was, you can change it by switch the code no need to change CSS
- First search for the module comment
<!-- 1/2 list left -->or<!-- 1/2 list right -->. - then select and switch the code at
<!-- content panel -->and<!-- list -->. - and change the align=”right” at the
<!--Space-->to left. and done!

Hi thanks, what I mean is I want to change the STACK ORDER.
When viewed on mobile i want the Right Column to stack UNDER the left.
With this theme and KOBLE the opposite is true. You have the Right Column stack ABOVE the Left Column
Ok, so the method above should fix the problem. just switch the table in the module and change align at the spacing table or send me the file you working on to nutzumi[at]gmail.com and inform which module that you want to change the stack order.
The code above does not work for me.
Here is what i mean.
I want to right to move UNDER the left.
Actually, it use the same method in all modules to reorder stacking. (and it not effect to the desktop view). I made a video to show you here

Hi, having a few issues with this one.
Sending your Index.html file via mailchimp and NOTHING displays on Iphone – I chose index because i wanted to make sure that the version I edited wasn’t corrupt.
I check my desktop email and it shows.
Any ideas as to why it’s not showing on my phone, just a blank screen?

I guess you send test from the Template editor right? not sure what happen but I believe this might cause by MailChimp service itself. because I’ve checking and found that if you test send from Template editor it will show nothing as you said (and it just happen through all my template too). but it work normally when you test send from Campaign Builder’s (create a new campaign). However, while I try to find what happen, 5 min later I test again and it back to normally : \

Yup template editor & No still nothing, I need to present tests to a client to prove it will work on their system.
If it doesn’t crash my phone, it doesn’t display.
I’m using the default Index template as a test so nothing I can send you that you don’t have already.
Strange :\ , so you testing on the unmodified index right? I just test again for a few time and it still normally. Can you try re-upload template again? or you can send me the file that you using to me.
