Thanks for writing in! At the moment Hoshi theme comes with WPBakery plugin which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo presentation. It is not Elementor supported nor do we have information if it will be in the future at the moment.

If you refer to the speed performance, please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advice to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

We haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet. It would be best to wait until we release an official update, but you can also try using Classic Widgets plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

We can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but our developers are working hard on preparing updates for all our themes, and we will release them one by one. We hope that update will be available soon.

Regarding WooCommerce, the last version tested with our theme is 4.6.1. You can try using a newer version to see if everything works fine, but if it doesn’t, we suggest to keep using version 4.6.1 until we release an update.

Please check the ticket # 99710 now. Latest WPBakery Page Builder plugin should now be included in the ticket. Also, please check the php server values mentioned in the ticket and try setting them as suggested in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. Unfortunately, the live chat feature is not part of the support forum. Our average response time is around 24 hours. Also, please, note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

Sorry, but checking on both Android and iPhone we could not replicate the twitching. If you still encounter this on your end, you could try to disable all third-party plugins to see if there is a conflict with the theme, or alternatively make the mobile header fixed by adding this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. Holmes does not have this element included within the theme, unfortunately. So basically every theme we do create has its own shortocdes included which if you are using a specific theme you will get access to those elements.
