I have the theme installed, all plugins activated, and also imported the demo data successfully. However, even after setting the Homepage to the static demo “Homepage” that comes with the theme.

It still won’t show that on the homepage when I visit the site.

Kindly assist.

Unable to import demo.xml file and when ever i use a Left-click, i get a black screen. no hyperlinks are working every time when i use Left click it shows black popup. i can use right click and open the hyper link in a new page though.

Hello, just bought this theme, and after installation each time I click on search or a link a black page comes up with a white X at the top right. Clicking on the X does nothing.

What do I do please?

Why menu link is not working in your theme

After I installed the theme, when I import the demo file, most o the items are failed to load. And wp bakery plugin isn’t working properly.

Hi, Facing the same black screen issue whenever I click on button or slider. Also, header logo does not show up.

Error on website : 1. Logo of our main website is not showing up many times we change the size and format of the logo. 2. when we click on any of our webpage blank page is visible -webpage is only visible when we click on new tab . 3. Department section we cannot apply styles of heading it is simple.
