Please I need help. I have set up my web hosting website with Hostiko demo. But on the whmcs area where customers do check for available domains, mine keeps checking availability without any result as to show of the domain is available or not. It keeps checking without any result. I have contacted whmcs and they said is from my template. Please help me sort this out. Is frustrating. On my whmcs bridge settings, at the IHelp, when I check for “problems with my setup” I do see this error “Cache check results: Cache headers found in HTTP requests If you are making changes (eg: whmcs template) and it’s not updating your WHMCS bridge page, or if you are seeing other users details when logged in (or logged in users details without logging in) then you need to please disable cache for the whmcs bridge page and all child pages.

Most good cache plugins allow you to specify a directory / url keyword to exclude from caching; simply add your /whmcs-bridge/ page slug to this setting, clear all saved cache and update your plugin.

To speed up your WHMCS Bridge, please enable caching within the WHMCS Bridge Settings page (Pro Plugin).

Hi, The theme layout 22 does not render the header properly as in the Header and Footer V1. The top dark bar does not activate and the footer is duplicated. Also the rendering menu style is completely different and does not look like the https://hostiko.com/hostiko/layout22/

Does not work properly. Cannot import ANY demo. Tried contacting support but did not help because support ran out. Had this issue when I initially bought it and attempted to get a refund.

Would have thought the core minimum support is to ensure the theme bought actually works…

I sent multiple support tickets an still no response

Support is awful they wont even tell which license is used by which domain. Tickets are left unanswered. Disaster.
