PRE SALE QUESTION: is the ‘APARTMENT’ demo editable with elementor?

Got a problem with this theme – On the room pages, there are no paragraph spacing between paragraphs for text on the pages. Won’t respond to basic html coding either. Have you set it this way in the CSS file, or could one of my plugins be causing a conflict. Cannot have all text grouped together that way. Thanks

I am writing to you regarding the WordPress theme “Hotel Booking” that I initially purchased on November 13, 2019 . During the installation of the theme, I encountered the following error message:

“Install Required Plugins The installation process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient. Installing Plugin ND Booking (1/7) A critical error has occurred on this site. Please check your site administration email inbox for more information.”

Believing that the first license was obsolete, I purchased a second license today ( 15 Sep 2023 REGULAR LICENSE). However, the same issue persists. I now find myself with two licenses for the same theme, both presenting the same problem. I would like to request a refund for the second license I purchased, given that it does not solve my issue.

Hello, i bought your theme and i cant edit the details page, i need to remove the comments and search from the details page, the navbar menu is stacked up, and the booking doesn’t work. the room details page doesn’t support elementor i get an error. Why are you not reply when I was create ticket on your official support. Too many things are not working. My website deadline is very near and you guys even not reply. Order not shown, Booking not working, mobile view not working, payment option not working, when i am change some point and look after very next day all the point again same as before.
