DO NOT BUY THIS THEME OR ANY OTHER FROM NICKDARK, THEY ARE A SCAM, They have poor quality, they promote false content and false characteristics, the technical support is non-existent
This theme is great and quite flexible. The support team has been amazing and really fast

Great customer support!
The theme crash on my WordPress and the support don't have a complete ticket service with history and it' isn't quickly. The theme is good but too hard customize and translate in other language all single elements. i'm sorry

please remove this review since it's not related to the item, if the theme crash on your wordpress installation means that there are some parameters that have not been set correctly on your server.

Documentation is very limited. Leaving many issues unresolved or unclear. I requested support and they were very indifferent. I would definitely not recommend buying this theme as you will end up very frustrated.

the documentation was marked by the Envato team as "Well Documented", however if you think that it is limited don't worry you can contact our team so we can extend it according to your indications.

PLEASE READ THIS.
If you want to make this theme work, you will have to know WP Bakery Plugin. There are enough tutorials on it so it should be fine.
That said, if you are looking for an easy to use out of the box theme, this is not it. Documentation is not there.
That also being said, it is a very powerful theme and if you are willing to put some time into learning it, you can do some great things with it.
I was able to make an optin site with the tools provided which is not what this theme was designed for.
Overall, I'm satisfied but one star off for the documentation and support being sup par.

The theme is easy to use, and the support is very very efficient.
The best I had since 8 years I use other themeforest theme.
This one is specific for a new project, but I am very delighted the support (I had a lot of specific question, and they always answer with no problem).
