This comes down to your Ninja Forms settings for that particular field in the form. Clients can send forms without filling in fields which are not mandatory. All the best.
Hello, As specified in my comment, the field is set as mandatory but evidently allows sending even if not filled in, I agree that the problem is related to the ninja forms plugin but you should at least check before answering.
We did test the current version of Ninja Forms on our platform and mandatory fields seem to work fine. Since you bought the theme several years ago, please make sure you are running the current version of the theme with all the included plugins updated. You can try testing the form with the default WP theme activated, to make sure the issue is not related to Leisure. Also, you can try testing other type of fields, besides date picker, to check if the mandatory check is made for them. All the best.

Your footer seems to work fine, it might happen due to slow loading speed of the browser, since the footer is animated and it loads after all the other animations and content in page. You can prevent this from happening if you deactivate the animation at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > General Options > Disable Theme Animations. All the best.
Hi, I just tested this, ( activation for “Disable Theme Animations” ) but it still shows the same problem…tested with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Waterfox, Chromium.

Please make sure all the included plugins are updated to the current version, especially xtender and WP Bakery. If your carousel is set for 1 element on Mobile it should work fine. Since you bought the theme several years ago, it is possible you are trying to import old demo forms, which are no longer compatible. Please try to download the current theme package from Theme Forest and import the current demo forms. From your description it does sound like a versions compatibility issue. Please make sure your site is running Leisure 2.1.23 with all the plugins updated to the versions included in this theme version. Hello, I have a website since 2016 with your theme. Everything worked perfectly since 2 weeks ago when I tried to connect to my wordpress. If you did not update the theme to a more recent version, updating WP on your platform could generate such a conflict with an old theme version. All the options are still there, the carousel is a WP Bakery element. Please make sure you have this plugin activated and also the Xtender core plugin of the theme, which comes with the custom elements. If you have all the included plugins installed and activated, your content should look the same. All the best.

Good morning, I am interested in buying your theme, but first I have some doubts:
- Can prices be set with discounts for the number of nights? Example of if you book from 8 nights, 20% is discounted.
- Can you set special prices for the season and for exact dates? For example, July and August raise the price of the room. And another example that for a specific holiday put a higher price.
-Can you set a price per day of the week? For example, Saturday is always more expensive than the rest of the days, and Monday is cheaper.
- Can they be put as payment with redsys or paycomet card?
- We don’t want to differentiate between children and adults. Can the option for children be removed?
- We are interested in the guest only paying 50% by card and the rest upon arrival. Is there an option?
-Can the reservation calendar be synchronized with Booking.com?
- Can emails be personalized?
- Can you remove the add ons from the gateway?
- Can extra services be added?

Your questions are related to booking and payments, which our theme does not come with. We use Ninja Forms to send reservations. Although there are a few NF extensions which can help with what you need, we recommend looking for a hotel booking plugin, which you can integrate in the theme. All the best.

The rooms custom type of posts does not have a built-in duplicate option in the theme. Still, since it is a regular CTP, it can be duplicated with a dedicated solution, like a free plugin for duplicating posts, just like regular WP posts. All the best.

Hello I have a few questions before I decide to buy. I will briefly describe what I intend to do:
My project is a rental portal for vacation homes, hotels, tours etc. It is located in a special niche and should address a certain target group of travelers. I represent the interface between landlord and tenant (similar to Airbnb or booking etc).
On my platform landlords should be able to register for free and for a fee (memberships) and to post their offers. Now I do not want to demand a service fee from the landlord. I would like the guests to be able to make a reservation or booking and, depending on the booking conditions of the landlord, to pay a deposit (which will go to me in trust and will only be paid to the host in a later process). If possible, the guest should pay the balance of the booking at the hotel / accommodation.
So much for my questions:
1. is it possible to present your theme? 2. which additional plugins would be necessary (e.g. woocommerce Memberships …) or is a corresponding membership procedure included?
3. is your theme GDPR – capable / compatible? 4. do you support ical and if so is ical implemented or do I need a separate plugin?
5. When a Guest or Host registers, can they go through the appropriate verification process (upload ID, passport)? if so, can they be declared as verified after the process is complete?
6. Does a registering user receive an activation link or activation code by email before he / she can access his / her profile?
7. Can I install a purchased license on a localhost environment for testing?
8. Possible to update the search results based on map movement?
9. Is there a way to set the maxZoom for a map to cover up the exact address before a customer books?
I have a lot of questions but I want to make sure that your theme is the right one for my project.

We don’t have any of the booking, membership or management functionalities you need. From this description, what you are looking for is a hotel management engine with membership functionalities. Our theme does not have such plugins included, we use only Ninja Forms for simple reservations through a form request. Our clients can, of course, use third party solutions together with the theme, but Leisure is built for a hotel / resort website. What you need is a listing theme, which ideally would also come with a management plugin powerful enough for your needs. All the best.
