Poor support. Hard to customize, hard to edit. too many errors. form doesn't support woo-commerce unless you purchase pro.

Hello,
We are surprised to hear you felt our support service was poor, we did try our best to help you and we never got the impression you are so unhappy with the product. The errors you encountered were related to your WP install and, like you said, they were fixed by your server admin. As for the customizations you requested, these were unfortunately outside the limits of the theme. Our theme comes with free WP Bakery plugin, it is not built to work with Elementor. The forms solution we use, Ninja Forms, does not have WooCommerce payments integration by default, only in a paid add-on. But this is not something we promise anywhere, in the product description or product demo.
If you think we can help you moving forward, please let us know, but the theme has, of course, its limitations, both in terms of functionalities and the plugins included for free. All the best.
Demo import is not what you see in the envato demo. Content is not the are the nice page designs are non-existent. Waste of money.

Amazing Theme.Very easy to work with.
This really is a fantastic looking theme and also very quick. Can't understand some of the reviews claiming its slow, i'm assuming they aren't optimising images, or perhaps using plugins that are conflicting. This is certainly faster than a lot of other themes I have used. On top of all that the support has been fantastic. I will be purchasing more licenses as and when I think the design fits a new project. Thanks!
If you are looking to purchase a template, you should consider any templates from this developer. They truly care about their clients and provide OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are responsive and always eager to assist.
