Hi, I got your theme from envato elements. How do I get support? anyway seems your composer is not compatible with latest wp or mailpoet. I upgraded everything to the latest versions but I am getting the below error and not able to edit the site AT ALL. Can you please help asap.

NB I have no other plugins and nothing at all installed, only what came with your theme. I built a simple 1 page site and now the whole thing is broken.

Something goes wrond with the FORM BUILDER: I can’t see the form builder editor, the options in the builder are disappeared; I can see and select only the name of the forms that I have but can’t see the options below to modify the forms

When editing : ROOMS > TAB > Room Services , the editor give me a list of Shortcode and not a visual editor.

The part of content you mentioned is created with help of the Tabs/Tour shortcode.
Tabs/Tour shortcode (as well as Featured block, Icon Box, Quote and Toggles / Accordion shorcodes) allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode.
When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior. When Tabs/Tour shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information using Content composer shortcodes.

As far as I see you’re using an outdated theme version – please update the theme in order to avoid possible issues with its functioning. The current theme version (1.1.8) is available for download on Themeforest.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as hotel-lux/hotel-lux). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “hotel-lux-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that in case you modified the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via Envato Market plugin changes that you implemented will be lost because the new theme version will overwrite the theme version you use at the moment.

Hello, something strange that I had already brought up and for which unfortunately the support could not find a solution. I have two sites where the problem arises: ecogite-auvergne.fr and gite-chambon.fr.
Each time the home page is modified (eg adding a customer testimonial), a “Quotes” component area is added as a duplicate at the bottom of the page: “Name” / “Click here to change this text”.
Which forces me to have to delete them manually each time.

To activate a slider there is a need to use its purchase code. You don’t need a purchase code to make your slider work – it is needed to achieve automatic updates. Hello, I need advice regarding BOOK NOW header Button. Namely, in the English version (we use WPML) button leads to the old link even though a new one is entered. The issue you have may be caused by a browser or server cache. To clear cache in Chrome browser you can push Ctrl + F5 or press F12, right-click on “reload page” and click “Empty cache and hard reload”.
Issues related to the changes that are not applied on the front-end are not theme-related and always refer to the cache settings.
