This is considered as a final end product, and we are NOT able to deactivate your license as we can deactivate licenses only for dev/temporary domains/installations.

1. I’m not sure what you are asking for. You can create your own time slots that customers/guests can select during the booking process. Apart this, there is no any further option.
2. The mentioned payment gateway is not supported, all the supported payment gateways are listed on the item details page.

You can locate the Menu settings by navigating Zante > Header and the Menu font family can set by navigating Zante > Typography > Navigation font.
There is no option to set a different background color for the mobile menu, but we can help you with that by providing you a piece of custom CSS code if you open a support ticket using the support tab.
The option of the menu font family can be set globally and not based on the device.

Hi Team, I purchased this plugin few days ago. I know you have worked soo hard and made this theme no question on that. but why don’t you gave this basic function that system will check price for individual night? there should be a weekly price?
however, I am planning to use coupon, but there is a question for my different rooms there is different weekly price. I can see that there is a alert for coupon. it says “hey use the coupon code zante20OFF” can I have these message individually for individual rooms? or it is a global form ?
The mentioned notification message is a global one and can NOT be applied only to an individual room.

Brand new Zante theme purchase. But error code coming up in WP for activating license for very first time. Even your Eagle Support ticket system refusing to accept this code !!! which I just downloaded a few minutes back. Please help !!!

We have our website with 4 room types (Single, Superior, Deluxe, Deluxe with balcony), and the website is translated using Polylang (Free Version) to English and German. The problem is that when I go to “Zante Booking”— “Calendar” I see 8 room types (4 in English and 4 in German), and if we have, let’s say, all the “Single” rooms booked on the German Version of the site on a given day, the rooms can still be booked on the English version of our site. How can we resolve this issue? Right now I am making manual exeptions with blocked dates and attributing them to the English version of the rooms so we do not double book room types. Please help! Our booking plugin is fully compatible with WPML and Polylang. As soon as you translate (link) the rooms in the proper way as suggested by the plugin, then the rooms will be linked to avoid overbooking.
In short, if you receive a reservation for the German version of your room, then we are recording it in the original (English) version to avoid the overbooking and have a functional booking system.
If you still face any issue then you have to renew your support and open a support ticket using the support tab.

hello, I just want to report a bug in eagle booking: say you have a room for 3 people total which could be either 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children… If I set up the room for max 3 adults and max 2 children it lets you book the room for 5 people total! So 3 adults + 2 children could book it… In other systems unlike eagle booking there is a check: you can specify for every room a “max guests” number and if the total people (adults + children) is over that number it doesn’t allow the booking… Could you please implement this common feature? What you are asking for is called a “feature request”, not a “bug report”.
By setting the adults max number to 3 and the children max number to 2 then room can fit up to 3 adults and up to 2 children. If the room has 3 adults beds and 2 children beds, then it can NOT fit 5 adults.
This is how our booking system works, and we do not have any plan to change it. Also, we do not have any plan to follow any other system, so if you are happy with any other system, then you should purchase the other system.
As for the “this booking engine is full of bugs” what you’re reporting is called a Warning, not an Error and is not affecting the booking system in any way.

On the front page suppose I have 5 types of rooms or 5 categories of room. Lets take example of one room category i.e “Delux room”.
1. How will the boooking system know that I have supposedly 5 rooms in “Deluxe Room Category”?
2. How will it show that rooms are not available if 5(all) of them are booked so that no further rooms can be booked by customer?
3. Can room numbers be allocated automatically?
4. Any plans to add add ons to eagle booking like; resturant add on? etc

1. Our booking system does NOT have room categories. Rooms have only quantities.
2. If your “Deluxe” room has a quantity of 5 then it will be shown as available until all quantities (5) get booked.
3. I’m not sure what do you mean by this one.
4. We do NOT have such a plan. Our booking system is focused on hotel reservation, and we already offered a plethora of unique options.

1. Booking multiple rooms at the same time/booking is not possible.
2. We have the option to set a deposit amount (percentage of the total amount). The remain amount must be paid offline/on arrival.
3. Additional Services are optional and can be selected only on the booking page by customers/guests. The service price can be set per Room or Guests Number.

1.To manage bookings (edit & delete) the staff must have at least an editor role, and they can manage bookings only via the WP Dashboard as there is no dedicated frontend panel for the staff. Only admins can access the booking system settings, like the payment settings.
2. At this time, syncing our built-in booking system with any external booking provider is not possible. We are working on iCal integration, and hopefully it will be available as soon as possible.
