We managed to find the only support request from you #2012025
As far as we can see, you received timely responses for your questions so far, with the except of the weekend, when we're working with limited resources.
In order to check what's going on on your side, our agents need your valid wp-admin details, which you didn't provide, so we must ask you to check your ticket and provide them with some working credentials.
Hope, once everything is sorted out, you'll reconsider this poor rating, since we think HouseMed theme and our customer support deserve better than this.

Our trained team of support agents is on your service for all the doubts you have related to our theme options and customization, can you please try to get in touch with them, so they can help you.
Additionally, since you've mentioned bugs, please, note in terms of ‘bugs’, there is a difference between what constitutes an actual software bug and not knowing/understanding how certain theme options work, allow us to explain. HouseMed is not buggy theme and you've just pasted here shortcodes from WPbakery page builder, so it is not clear to us what is the problem you are facing with.
Having pleased theme users is our priority. We hope this can be improved and you will change this bad impression you've got. Looking forward to hearing from you on ticksy.
