Hi there, this theme was last updated in 2019. Since then, there have been many WordPress revisions or plugin updates, including vulnerabilities and threats posed by a total neglect to update the code. Can you kindly update PLEASE, and even if you say nothing is broken (highly unlikely); please update the revision number as my client will not accept this theme because it appears like it’s end of life.
Actually this theme based on one framework which is regular basis update at elementor. It’s why we are not updating themes. However, we already check theme with wordpress theme check plugin where it’s passed so there is no vulnerabilities.
right now we are already work for adding new features. So soon you will get update of this theme. if you have envato plugin installed then you will get notification, or you will get notification via email after update complete and approved by envato team

the booking system we have it’s contact form booking,
but payment from provider u need to manage manually, like sending invoice and so on. there is no automated process add on our themes.
Too bad there is not an image gallery per house. And no options for agencies.
this theme build with unysons, and some pre build module too. So u can do it, but this is not for agent, it’s for single business purpose.
if u look demo then u already know how the theme is, So if some module we don’t add then it’s not bad, it’s design purpose. and anywhere at the item we don;t mention about the features u mention, SO how it’s too bad?

Right now there is directly contact form method. But if you want we can build payments system for you. But for that you need to wait minimum 2 weeks.
Will this change increase the price of the theme? and If the payment option can be done can be integrated at the option Request Booking—> Book Now and in the next form to add cc or paypal info?

In relation to the price, you can put monthly options, that the client chooses if he wants to rent 1 month, 3 month, 6 months or the whole year.
And regarding the reservation has a payment gateway for the client to make the payment through the site.

The monthly options can be shown, and the client chooses what monthly option he wants, the purpose is that the longer he chooses the price is lower.
