Are you kidding me? I am surprised about the review you have, Who ask to buy our theme is the design is poor? I will complain Envato to take action about you who really not know what he does? It's one kind of stupidity.
Theme comes with a lot of functionality ranging from adding pages using drag and drop tools to adding properties using clean and user friendly forms. Customer Support is on another level, usually get response within few hours. I would highly recommend this theme and author.
