Does not work with my selected IDX (IDXBroker.com) but you wouldn't know that based on its advertising of "Organic IDX integration". I can't find where to request a refund but I deserve one. Please advise and I will modify this review.
On a side note, the themes seem good overall but before you sign up for anything outside of it, sign up for the houzez theme first and go with what it tells you to buy, otherwise it won't work and you'll be in my situation.

Organic IDX is our own IDX plugin which you can use. If you use That, you don't need IDX Broker plugin.

Left them a message for them at 2am, and by the time I woke up at 7am (I know, I need more sleep), they had not only responded but resolved my issue themselves.
But the product! The numbers don't lie, 40k+ says it all. Absolutely amazing product, well thoiught out, well documented (lots of online videos on YouTube) and so easy to use. Top marks!

The theme that you can use...doesn't exist.
You download the theme and it's not what you downloaded.
Very disappointed! 70$!

It is because you are install whole zip file downloaded from ThemeForest, you need to unzip it and only need to install Houzez_v2.8.6.1.zip
Great theme, developers are really helpful as well if you need any changes
