Houzez exceeded my expectations. It is a great theme with a nice design, you can customize everything thing you need. And support team answer you quickly, even they help you in case you don't be an advanced user. In my experience it can coverd most necesary case for any real estate project. If you are a wordpress designer it will save a lot of time for your work. I just loved it.

Easy to use, powerful and high flexibility, CS is great, they solve a lots of my questions during setup.
