The theme is ok but the customer support is ghastly.
I've got a ticket open that is still unresolved almost three weeks after it's creation.
The customer support is completely ignoring it.

Sorry, we missed your ticket. It wasn't intentional.
Recently the theme has stopped working altogether. Some stuff doesn't display, I can't edit anything at all. If I try clicking on any of the editor functions nothing at all happens. If I try to load the theme options, the working indicator keeps on spinning but nothing loads. I have tried disabling all the plugins one at a time, also tried disabling Word Fence, nothing helps. Plugins are all up to date and Wordpress is the latest version.

Hi,
You can update the theme to latest to correct any issues. Make sure to update the plugins in notice as well. You can find those in wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins. If you use a caching plugin make sure to purge cache.
