If you plan to use this template's quickstart.. please note..they branded the joomla admin so you will have to spend time removing that...eg login screen and dashboard

This is a really nice template theme. I was able to use the demo and documentation to quickly build out 3 very unique sites using the same theme with simple css edits. The support is fast and highly qualified. SP Pagebuilder is the only questionable tool. I have issues with the lack of searchability within SP Pagebuilder, but that has nothing to do with this excellent theme.
