Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.

Please note that we updated only some tags or descriptions on August 14th, 2019.

Please, note that our main page editor is WPbakery page builder and it came bundled within our theme. With it’s drag&drop editor you are able to easily build content using it. And we implemented a lot of our powerful elements into it. You are able to submit refund request and it will be checked.

Thank you for taking interest in our Hue theme. When you import our demo content, you’ll get all images on your installation. Please note, since images are authorized we purchased licences on ShutterStock mostly. So, if you want to use the same, you should buy your own licences. For some images, our support team could provide you with IDs from ShutterStock, or you could upload our image there and get result for the uploaded image.

Generally, that functionality is tested and works fine, what could possibly cause problems regarding that is some JS conflict which might come from some third party plugin you use. Please turn off all third party plugins to see whether problem disappears. If not, please open support ticket at https://mikado.ticksy.com and our support agents will respond asap.
