We are sorry to hear this but the theme will be updated as soon as possible and you will for sure be notified once theme update is released.
If you encounter any issue with the theme you are always welcome to send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this.

This theme is advertised as being compatible with Wordpress 5.5.x, however, I was unable to get it to work on 5.5.3. It's quite buggy:
- You can't import the example content; it will only load them partly and widgets/menus do not have the proper styling. Also images are not imported at all. Many pages are therefore not usable as a template.
- The CSS styling does not work as intended. Several features such as tabs are no longer styled as in this template live demo. It is not possible to change the CSS without breaking the (semi-)automatic update functionality.
- The wordpress site gets extremely slow in comparison to the use of other templates in the same pricerange. For reference, a simple page loads in ~8-10 seconds while other templates take only ~500ms.
I've reinstalled wordpress multiple times to properly implement this theme. However, I have not gotten it to work properly. For reference, I do have a background in web development (html/css/js/php) and work as a backend developer as my job. This theme looks like it's obsolete, a waste of money, and not as advertised.

Sorry to hear this however, please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed. We are working really hard on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress, also for themes that have not been updated for this you can read our article here.
Also, it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, and if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, you are more then welcome to submit a ticket on our help center and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.
When it comes to page speed our article can help here as well our support team will be happy to provide you additional guidance or test any issue you might encounter.

I've used over 50 different Wordpress themes from Themeforest and several other sources. Hue is one of the most customizable themes I have ever seen. I normally start with a Photoshop mockup and then search for a theme that will work. With Hue, I know ahead of time that I can pretty much accomplish any design I can dream up.

Supereasy! Just don't forget to unzip the downloaded file, and only upload the theme-zip instead of the downloaded zip-file.
