Can I get the money refunded? We only bought it today, we are not able to install it as there are a lot of bugs and lot of plugins are missing and is not updated. We are not even able to get started with it.

I would like to get assistance for correcting a mistake with the theme. How best should I proceed with payment?

The child theme is broken, had to rewrite the Tag for it to even work. Then it tells me I cant install Revolution Slider and Visual Composer, the url is wrong and then I get loads of WP errors. Is this normal? Thanks

How can I change the blog layout in the DGT Blog Settings of this theme? When I insert the DGT Blog, the blog never appears like in the demopages. Can someone give me a How To for this? Thx Johan

Hi, I purchased the Hugs theme and I cannot find the ‘Coming soon’-page. Could you tell where in the template I can find it?

There is a bug in the Hugs Water theme on Android Chrome, where the Navigation Bar on the homepage doesn’t work properly and falls off the screen. I need a fix to this bug or I have a site that can’t function. I’m still waiting for a support response.

This theme could be great, but some of the DGT theme modules do not work making the theme useless. Every time you attempt to make an update to module it just nulls out and does not display. We have tried reaching out to support several times within our support time range with no response! At this point we have wasted a lot of time and resources on building out a site that in the end does not function. Very disappointing!

does it support RTL and multi languages?

I submitted several tickets a while ago without a response. This theme has some very serious mobile responsive issues and I need to change the css for some of the headers and imagery. Hi there, We bought the ‘Hugs’ theme recently and started developing a site locally. Our issue is that we could not select the layout (as it doesn’t show any dropdown to select) in elements such as ‘DGT Events Settings’, ‘DGT Blog Settings’, (as in snapshot below). Hi. I bought a theme that depends on IgnitionDeck plugin and I hate it because I didn’t know it before I got it, that’s why no I ask before. Several questions: does this code depends of additional plugins? is this is the case: are they completely free or I need to pay for them? also, is it possible to let each project owner to setup their own paypal account in order to let them receive donations directly to their account? is it possible to show automatically all donations in one page to make transactions transparent to all public? please let me know. Where do you go to change the link for “Join Now” for Events? I’d like each event to be able to go to an Eventbrite or something where they can register and I can’t see any place to do that. Your response is much appreciated. Thanks.

Purchased this theme with the understanding there is a “Countdown” timer function similar to what’s shown here: http://demo.kevthemes.com/hugs/events-list/—but unable to find method to add to pages.

Also, I’m quite disappointed that the “Visual Composer” that gets installed is no longer called “Visual Composer” and requires spending another $45 to update to the new “WPBakery Page Builder.” Anyone have opinion on its worth? Should I go a different route.

And . . . I can’t believe the misspelled - and wrong - words this theme has in both WordPress function and help files. Understand it’s developed in Viet Nam, but wow—it’s almost laughable.
