I have purchased a WordPress theme from Themeforest. I’d like to install this theme initially on my development (dev) website for configuration purposes. Once it’s done, can I install it on my original website? Does the license permit its use on my original website?
You can install it on your live domain just but you will need to deregister the theme on your testing domain.

Yes, you can install the theme on the testing domain first and then install it on the live domain after.
The theme doesn’t have a registration module (apologies for the misunderstanding).
Can the theme license I purchased be used on various subdomains?

The license can be used for staging/test site, however, in case you need to create a completely new project with the theme, then you would need to purchase separate license.
I just purchased this theme not realizing it was a wordpress theme. I’m creating a website using Angular and Java. Is there a way I can obtain the static files (html, js and css) of this theme?

We are developing WordPress themes and the HTML, JS and CSS files are incorporated within the theme for WordPress so it is not possible to use it as a standalone.

I think you didn’t understand the issue. The WPBakery plugin of the latest theme (v6.10.0) has only the Post types setting (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/709dqw6hkSi3 ). In the screenshot of my previous message (v6.6.0) there were many other useful settings.

I am writing to express my frustration with the difficulties I have encountered while attempting to download the full demo content for your theme. Despite multiple attempts over the course of more than five days, I have not yet been successful in completing the download.
I have been working closely with your support team to resolve the issue, but I have found their responses to be vague and unhelpful. Despite providing all necessary information and addressing any hurdles that have been brought to my attention, I am still experiencing delays and lack of progress.
In particular, I am requesting specific IP addresses to whitelist in order to complete the download, yet the support team has only provided me with links. I have never had such issues with downloading demo content in the past and I am disappointed with the level of support provided.
I would appreciate a more prompt response time and more effective support in resolving this issue. If the issue is not resolved by this Friday, I will have to request a cancellation of my order and a refund. I will also have to look for an alternative theme.

My problem is with the slow response time and lack of clear guidance from your support team. On average, it takes over 24 hours for them to respond to each message, and the issues I have encountered have yet to be resolved.
I understand that downloading the full demo content can be a complicated process, but I believe that clear and timely communication is essential for resolving the issue. I kindly request that your support team provide me with a detailed list of the problems they have encountered, as well as any specific information or actions that I need to take to address them.
I have been diligently working to rectify any hurdles that have been brought to my attention, but it seems that for every issue that is resolved, another one arises the following day. I hope that with clearer guidance and better communication, this issue can be resolved in a timely manner.
I understand that the issues I have encountered with downloading the full demo content may not necessarily be with the demo content itself. However, I would like to request more efficient and prompt support from your team.
Given the 24 hour response time per message, I believe it would be more beneficial if your support team could respond and actively monitor my ticket, with the aim of resolving the issue within a day or two. My client doesn’t want a grey-loading title section background before the normal background. How can I remove it by just putting single color or image rather than loading a grey background? That title or breadcrumb grey background client count error even though I told him that is a loading effect. How can I remove it?

Hi mate, Recently I brought this theme but when I installed this theme widgets part doesn’t work. I am getting this error message “The “mkdf_woocommerce_dropdown_cart” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details”. Even footer widgets and some sidebars don’t work as well in the demo. Even I changed the cPanel PHP version and deactivated and actived all plugins. Can you help me out with it?

When it comes to the Events, we are using The Events Calendar by Modern Tribe in our demo sites and each event is created independently then on the page, you could add an events list using our Mikado Event List shortcode where you are able to showcase the event list like this http://iacademy.mikado-themes.com/elements/events-list/
However you can not register for events, you can only purchase a Course, you could though create an event and add a link to the course which needs to be purchased in order to connect those two.

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.
WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.
