This theme is annoyingly slow. It doesn't even allow me to gain access to edit on elementor.

In our end it looks like the license is active on this website: https://konkurstorget.se/ (activated at 2022-11-14 14:57:35). Are you trying to activate it on another website or domain? If yes, the this is the reason why it doesn't work.
Note: The license is limited for one domain only (one license per domain).

The site has a great mixture of old 2015-2017+ additions mixed in with newer updates.
All jumbled together. Old should be removed to end confusion.
Documentation is scattered and vague and highly relies on the person to have a greater knowledge of build/design than average.
When requesting answers for questions at times the 'answers" are inadequate or left unanswered (when multiple questions are asked). Some solutions when applied do not render properly and answers to those then resulting issues must be found elsewhere than with the theme designers.
This could be a very good theme but it is in need of much updating and cleanup.

The iBid theme has +2323 buyers who use different demos included in the theme according to everyone's needs. So the theme demos are not old. They are created in different niches for different clients.
It sounds like you are surprised by the design of the theme (since you always preview the live demos before purchase - there is no content/page hidden and this simply has no sense).
Also, in the theme documentation, details are added about the shortcodes, demos, and plugins that the theme comes with, the functionality of the theme, as well as the marketplaces with which the theme is compatible. At this point, we are sure that you didn't take some time to analyze our documentation, online knowledgebase, blog articles, and lot and lot of learning materials.
As for the support service, the arguments you bring do not reflect reality. The people from the support department were always there to help you with every problem or question you had over time. (img1, img2, img3, img4)
