Customer support is awful. It's taking weeks waiting ticket reply. If you don't need support, it's a great theme.

Intuitive, easy to use. I recomend this item.
Needed a lot of customizing to conform to our needs. Some pages like the 404 page or the summary pages of the schedule or speakers don't have a design. The Slider-Plugin did not allow for great variety.
