Hi, is the theme compatible with Wp 4.8.1?

This is very very not good. Very Bad! I paid $110 to have the theme installed in 24 hours when I needed it but now that it is I cant even edit it. My installer wont respond (its been an hour) and time is of the essence because I have a meeting with my client tomorrow morning (its 1am). I cant edit anything? i try to log in and i cant because of this error

By the way, I just observed that you’ve mentioned that you paid $110. Is that for the theme alone? We do not see such a pricing on our sales page! We only have $44 for our theme with 6 months free support. iMedica is a theme developed by us a Brainstorm Force and we assure complete support with respect to the theme. If you think, our theme is causing an issue, please feel free to open up a ticket at our support center.

The error you’ve mentioned does not seem to be from our theme, since it says that it is a browser issue. Have you tried accessing it in a different browser?

Hi,

Changelog says v3.1.10 but i cannot find it to update the template. Themeforest has available only 3.1.9 and i cannot find an any other way to update the template.

Apologies for the confusion caused. We often send updates to Themeforest so that they can review and release it across to our users. However, there are times when some minor updates are released directly. At such times, you might get an update notification, but you won’t be able to download the latest version from Themeforest. This is when automatic updates help.

In order to proceed with automatic updates, you will have to activate your license. You will then receive an update notification in your WordPress backend every time we release one. With this, you can proceed to update the plugin from the updates page in your WordPress backend. In case you have not received a notification, you can do so by force checking updates by following the steps in this screenshot.

I have updated the imedica to the latest version manually, as i wasn’t getting the automatic update, after the update, i was asked to register again, now when i use the purchase code, i am unable to get registered using the purchase code. after entering the purchase code, when i click on register, nothing happens. i tried again and again. now my support is expired, for this i can’t buy your support again, for 24$, which is half of the theme price. can you please tell me why i am getting this problem

i deleted the older version of theme and now i am able to verify the purchase, but i am not able to udpate the imedica core to the latest version, after updating it says the plugin is updated successfuly but when i refresh i again see the older version and the notification that a newer version is available.
