Hello, to update the included extensions I learned that I have to uninstall an install them. This worked for the Rev Slider and for the Visual Composer. But somehow Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder won’t download.

I updated the theme form 3.1.11 to 3.1.17
No extension is shown on extension tab after update to 3.1.17. It sasys “no extensions available yet!” Refresh buttod does nothing.
1. Derigestered by license 2. Deleted the imedica folder and any related plugin 3. Updated Wordpress to newest version 4. Installed fresh version 3.1.17 5. Activation was required so i activated and theme shows its activated. 6. When on extension page nothing happens so my site do not work anymore as I assume it requires extensions to work.

Hi I did yesterday 
Apparently i was opening it on https://support.brainstormforce.com/ and not on the ultimate subdomain that`s why it not created any ticket. I made one now on the link you provided me with and it generated 386461t ticket number. Seems the site will work if i will get the extensions but the site do not show me them. Hope there is easy fix for it.

I have a very old theme IMedica 3.1.8 registered on the site WordPress version 6.2 Unfortunately, when I try to update the theme, I get info “Click here to activate license of iMedica to receive automatic updates.” In the Welcome to Brainstorm Force tab i see Purchase Verified Cheers

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in our response.
Since this is a very old version of the theme and we’ve changed the licensing method and many more things over the years, you will no longer be able to update it this way. Here are the steps to download & install the latest version of iMedica – WordPress Theme
1. Download the latest version of the iMedica – WordPress Theme from themeforest.net 2. Deactivate the current version of the iMedica – WordPress Theme that’s installed on your setup then delete it. Don’t worry – nothing will be lost. 3. And finally – install the latest version that you downloaded in Step 1 on your setup as any other WordPress theme.
Here is the step to Activate the license for the iMedica theme:
1) Once the theme is installed, navigate to iMedica → Product License and click on the “Activate License” button. 2) It will take you to the Envato site which is the parent company of ThemeForest / CodeCanyon. Please login with your account. 3) Click on Approve. 4) And finally.. click the button on the next screen and activate your license. It will take you back to your website and your license will be active.

Hi, I noticed that your theme demos have some errors when checked with Wave Accessibility Tool (http://wave.webaim.org or Chrome extension). The errors are shown in the actual Demo Pages, but not when previewed from http://preview.themeforest.net Is there anything we could do to fix this issue?

Hi, and thank you for an amazing theme! In your changelog, the latest version is 3.1.16, but when you download and install the zip file, the version in it, is 3.1.15. Maybe you forgot to update the zip file that we get from the “Donwloads” section?

I’d like to inform you that we are still supporting the iMedica theme and releasing updates when needed. As for introducing new features, I’d like to mention that the iMedica is a complete and stable theme, and it has all the necessary things that one may need. But, we are constantly looking into it to test it with the latest versions of WordPress.
So, an update is released when we find something has to be worked on or fixed. Otherwise, it is a stable product, and we certainly offer support for it.

I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems. Here is a video that explains the process. If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website as explained in this video.
Also, could you please check if you have the updated iMedica theme(3.1.15)

I bought iMedica theme a few years ago, but for various reasons I started using it about 1 year ago. I know basic support is 6 months, but maybe you will make an exception as I have a problem that has already been mentioned in the comments, but I have not found a solution to the problem. Specifically, for several months I have been prompted to activate One Page Navigator for WPBakery Page Builder and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder.

No worries! You don’t need to activate the license for all the bundled products that came with iMedica. Once you activate the license for the iMedica theme, then the notice for the bundled product will automatically disappear.

Hello, do you plan to optimize the theme so that it does not make excessive use of the admin-ajax.php function? After days of researching why my site and server were crashing, I came to see that even though I create an empty page, iMedica constantly generates requests. In fact, the demos generated by you, show this fact by which it becomes unfeasible to implement the theme. I appreciate any response.
