We follow compatibility based on the WordPress standard.

Hi, and thank you for an amazing theme! In your changelog, the latest version is 3.1.16, but when you download and install the zip file, the version in it, is 3.1.15. Maybe you forgot to update the zip file that we get from the “Donwloads” section?

I’d like to inform you that we are still supporting the iMedica theme and releasing updates when needed. As for introducing new features, I’d like to mention that the iMedica is a complete and stable theme, and it has all the necessary things that one may need. But, we are constantly looking into it to test it with the latest versions of WordPress.
So, an update is released when we find something has to be worked on or fixed. Otherwise, it is a stable product, and we certainly offer support for it.

I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this?
Here is what you can do to check:
Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems. Here is a video that explains the process. If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website as explained in this video.

I bought iMedica theme a few years ago, but for various reasons I started using it about 1 year ago. I know basic support is 6 months, but maybe you will make an exception as I have a problem that has already been mentioned in the comments, but I have not found a solution to the problem. Specifically, for several months I have been prompted to activate One Page Navigator for WPBakery Page Builder and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder.
No worries! You don’t need to activate the license for all the bundled products that came with iMedica. Once you activate the license for the iMedica theme, then the notice for the bundled product will automatically disappear.
Will you be updating this theme anytime soon or in the foreseeable future? How long will you continue to support this theme?
As of now, we haven’t planned to release any major updates for our theme. But we do release updates regularly depending upon the issues, or compatibility-related issues reported to us.
And yes, we would continue to support our theme.

Hello, do you plan to optimize the theme so that it does not make excessive use of the admin-ajax.php function? After days of researching why my site and server were crashing, I came to see that even though I create an empty page, iMedica constantly generates requests.
In fact, the demos generated by you, show this fact by which it becomes unfeasible to implement the theme.
I appreciate any response.
We will surely look into this and if we find any excessive or unnecessary uses of the admin-ajax.php file, we will surely optimize and release the same in our upcoming updates.
I was just wondering is there a way to export the medical icons from the site. I am using the theme but would like to export the icons for use within the doctors office locally is it possible to get download them somehow?

You can search and download the icons from websites like Flaticon and Font Awesome and use them as required.

Hi. I have my template installed in the latest version working fine (Version 3.1.14) in WordPress 5.4.4, but I have the following plugins but they cannot be updated.
1) MultiPurpose Before After Slider (Version 2.7.3)
2) Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder (Version 3.19.4)
3) Slider Revolution (Version 6.1.7 (18th January 2020))
How much will they support to update the plugins? I can’t update my Wordpress because WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t work properly.

However, we’ve observed that Slider Revolution is releasing updates back-to-back. Therefore, we are waiting for a stable version of the plugin before we share it with users.

I had bought this theme, due to some problem my website stopped working,
the host said its problem with my theme, now changed the theme, deleted the old imedica, reinstalled it on same website, it says purchase the liscence again? why is so. I have already purchased it and using it on same website. ? could you please validate my purchase?

Is this theme going to be updated at all, none of your demos work anymore so I would just like to know if you have moved on from this theme? I have a client site to do but I don’t want to use an outdated unsupported theme.

Hi. When can we get a newer update for this theme working with wordpress 5.6 that requires php 7.4? If I update to wordpress 5.6, inclunding php version to 7.4 I receive 503 Internal Error.

How is this possible? Your last theme update was in february 2020. This theme is not working even with php 7.4, not to mention php 8 that has been released a month ago.

However, I’d like to inform you that our last major update was released in February 2020. But, we are constantly on the lookout to make sure the theme works great with latest WordPress updates.
The fact that we have not released an update is that we found it working all fine.
