Well, our website was actually under maintenance just when you tested it. Things should be working better now.

And moreover, this is a complete website with many more features added to it. Therefore, it is hard to judge the theme based on it’s performance.

HI I purchased a copy of this template some time ago, my support has lapsed and I need some assistance.

The template was used many years ago on a test website that no longer exists, so when I enter all the original registration details to activate my copy I am unable to do so unless I deactivate it on previous (long gone) website.

Any assistance is gratefully appreciated.

Cannot edit backend, Visual Composer shows nothing. When switching to “Classic Mode”, I can see the content, but this is not what I want. Unfortunately you did not answer to my question when I asked for support. I updated the theme today, but it is still not working. What else can I do? My client is waiting for some changes ….

I could solve this by updating some Core Plugins.

Hi, I have a new problem, after updating the theme today I got this PHP error in each site at the ottoms of the pages:

Warning: session_start(): Cannot start session when headers already sent in /homepages/37/d622239617/htdocs/xyz/wp-content/plugins/imedica-core/framework/helpers/class-fw-session.php on line 13

What does this mean?

Why should I pay for support again when I bought a working system? I bought a theme and used it without errors, now after updating there are errors …... I hope you give me an answer without being forced to pay 28USD for support…... I think this is something what should be solved without this.

Trying to get my licence activated have sent multiple emails today plus multiple emails over a month ago with no response.

I am sorry but it’s strange that you’ve not heard back from us that long!

This usually does not happen since we make sure all users receive a reply within 24 hours on working days.

However, I would want to take a look at your ticket. Could you please share a ticket ID that you should have received in an acknowledgement email that we send immediately after receiving your message?

Regarding the license activation issue,

Could you please make sure you are using the latest version of theme, i.e. version 3.1.11 on your website? If not this, you would also need to check whether the same copy of the theme is activated on any other website. Themeforest allows you to activate a single copy of the theme on a single WordPress installation.

In case you have the latest version and aren’t able to activate your license on that one single website, we would need to take a look. This is where your ticket ID will help so that I can check what the issue is and help you soon.

The last update of iMedica Core plugin has emptied the footer of our website, a content block we had above, a newsletter bar, it has also deactivated the opening of videos on thumbails. Fixing that will require several hours. Where can we find the previous version of iMedica Core?

We are working on the theme and will share an update as and when we have enough of improvements added to it. However, the theme for now is stable and works fine with WordPress 5.0 too.

Regarding the second question that you asked, I am sorry, but I am not sure whether I understood the query completely. Could you please elaborate?
