We always appreciate honest and relevant feedback. Unfortunately, yours doesn't tell us anything. First of all, it is not in a language we understand, so when answering, we can only rely on a google translator.

From what we understand, you're saying we don't provide any help, which is not true. We checked all tickets thoroughly and there is 0 messages from you. Therefore, we completely do not understand why you claim that there is no support.
