First of all - theme is just great. Easy to use and very responsive. Documentation is clear so even if you have no experience, you'll find there everything you want. And last but not least - support. Guys are awesome. They helped me two times with fixing my issues and they were very quick and helpful. Five stars!

Hi, I bought the theme “inbio” and after installing it, the pages made don’t appear to me, nor does it appear to import the pages in wordpress. Can you tell me why, please?

The website is nuno-machado.pt. Se the pictural. When I três yo import the Pages appear an error crul 28.

Frustrating Lack of Support Hinders an Otherwise Great Theme

I am writing this review with mixed feelings about the theme from this particular author. While I absolutely adore the theme itself, I must express my disappointment regarding the support provided.
Despite being a fan of the author's work, I encountered a major setback when I reached out for assistance. I needed some minimal help to reset the theme to its original state, and to my dismay, I received absolutely no response after waiting for an astonishing 11 days. I expected, at the very least, a simple acknowledgment of my inquiry or some guidance on how to resolve the issue.
This lack of response has left me disheartened, as it undermines the trust and confidence I initially had in the author's support team. It is disconcerting to realize that even basic assistance, which should be included with the initial purchase, is not being provided in a timely manner.
Given my personal experience, I find it difficult to recommend purchasing any extended support from this author. If they are unable to address inquiries and provide assistance promptly for what is already included in the purchase, it raises concerns about the level of support one can expect for additional services.
In conclusion, while I admire the theme created by this author, I must caution potential buyers about the lack of responsiveness and support I encountered. It is my hope that the author will take note of this feedback and make improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.

wow, but really wow.. The template is nice, but it had some challenges, in particular we are talking about one: "cURL error 28: Failed to connect to rainbowit.net port 443 after 10003 ms: Timeout was reached" I've been really pissed off about this, but HAVE NO FEAR, CLIENT SUPPORT IS HERE! communication was flawless and fast. clear and when you don't succeed, they log in with you and fix the issue themselves! I'm impressed by the documentation, and the excellent explanation! hear hear! thanks for your help!
