Hey just a heads up, your live preview page is not loading.
People don’t buy this theme! They don’t reply and nobody is working on this theme. The WPBakery page builder is not up to date and the support system does not work and they just don’t respond. I asked for a refund and I am now waiting to get my money back. DON’T BUY THIS THEME!!!!!!
I recently purchased this theme and from the beginning the wpbakery page builder needs an update. I think when you buy a new them it should be up to date. Also I had problems with it and I submitted a request but after 2 days I still have no reply. I have a feeling this is an old theme and no one is working on it. Please respond quickly otherwise I have no choice and demand a refund. Best regards Eve
Hello boys and girls, I bought this theme for a site and I had a great time. I see, however, that the latest update is from 2019 and I am finding myself wrong with the management of WP Bakery. the wp content (pages, articles, theme options, etc) will be there after the re-install of theme but code customizations will be lost.

Incanto hasn’t issues with WP 5.x but you have to install a plugin to manage Gutenberg Editor. The best for us is -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/manager-for-gutenberg/

Hi there,I tried to add a SSL certificate to my clients Incanto theme, but it ended up in chaos and didn’t work at all. I don#t know what the problem is, thr whole website was broken. I had to fix everything and had it working again without SSL, but by trying to give it another go, it didn’t work.
I am really frustrated and don#t understand the problem. The provider doesn’t either.

3. Sure you can install any plugin about instagram but the instagram feature is not included in theme

to import the dummy data you have to upload the .xml file in the wp standard importer. The options.txt are useful in the option panel.

Bonjour, j’ai acheté et mis en place votre thème sur mon site. Pour tester, j’ai importé les pages d’exemples que vous proposez. Toutes les pages fonctionnent correctement. Cependant, quand je crée ma propre page, je n’ai pas du tout le même rendu que vos exemples. J’ai reproduis à l’identique ce qui est fait dans les exemples.

Hi, the theme is great and it was easy to set up. Just one question, is there a way that I can make it so the latest uploaded projects on the portfolio page comes up at the top instead of at the bottom? Atm my oldest projects are being displayed at the top.. On the home page it’s fine as the latest uploaded projects are displayed here.
Also just wondering if I would be able to remove the elements on the home page such as the rotating logos? http://demo.uncommons.pro/themes/wp/incanto/site/ and is it possible to make the banner smaller ?
Yes you can remove the loading and do some chances using Visual Composer or css.
