The issues described in your tickets were not theme-related. Let me explain each issue in detail:
1. Messages didn't get through
We've tested the Contact Form 7 plugin with your install. If we configure the forms to send the messages to our email address, we've received a green confirmation notification. This issue is not related to the server, the theme, or any of the plugins. The trouble is with your email address.
You can ask your hosting provider if you've exceeded the mail quota and have them run some tests.
We've already informed you about this issue, but our messages were ignored.
2. Slider is not responsive
At the time of this issue report, our team provided detailed instructions on how to properly configure the responsive layers of the slider. Again, our messages were completely ignored. Please note that configuring the slider and making responsive changes for each device falls outside the scope of our support forum. It is your responsibility to make these changes yourself or hire a professional to assist you.
