Getting a strange JQuery error in the console since the update the Search function no longer works. Is there a fix available? Uncaught TypeError: $(...).tooltip is not a function

Was able to resolve the Search function issue by installing JQuery Manager plugin and selecting version 1.12.4.min-js and search function is back. Also noticed author website is offline are we out of luck here boys ?
