Well I guess this is just ridiculous to wait for fixing for almost a month, for error that are not caused by us as a buyer. Everytime I send an email within YOUR office hours (10AM -7PM EEST time, Monday – Friday.) just keep getting the automated reply from bot email saying that you are not available. Really disappointed with the support system.

I am not able to login to the dashboard and my contact forms are not working. I need this resolved ASAP or I would like a refund as this is a theme issue and should not have happened. I contacted my hosting services and they have said the same.

The plugins do not download. I get an error message “The plugin does not have a valid header.’ This theme is too much of a hassle. Your theme documentation does not work. It says the page cannot be found. https://foxthemes.helpscoutdocs.com/article/2505-page-import

Hi, so far I’m having a soso experience with this theme I purchased, I have 2 problems: 1. I still have a shopping cart plugin from the author that follows all the way through my website and 2. The forms won’t work , I looked it up and seems to be a troubleshooting with the theme and not with CF7, someone here having the same issues?

Same experience as @totosac. Template won’t even work at all. I contacted support 21 days ago, still no solution. Its faster to create a complete new template from scratch… Very disappointing.

Imported pages don’t work.
Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_default_args() on array in httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/managers/elements.php:81
Also it keeps nagging me with a “Please make sure your memory_limit is greater than 256MB”. And yes, 300MB IS greater than 256MB. phpinfo() confirms the 300MB limit is set.
