Before any manipulations that will require re-entering the purchase key even on the same domain (e.g: WordPress reinstallation or cleaning the database), you may disconnect the domain under Theme panel > Theme dashboard > General tab – http://inestio.axiomthemes.com/doc/#domain_disconnection

I have donwloaded your theme from Envato Elements, it is good idea to have Rev Sliders in your automatic demo import and there is no need to guess they are in manual import demo!
You guys should release an updated version anyways, it will help with sales. People don’t want to buy something that hasn’t been updated for over a year.

This theme is not compatible with POLYLANG, but in ANYPLACE you mentioned that’s incompatible. NOW I HAVE A TERRIBLE PROBLEM.

I have purchased and installed the theme in a domain and I changed the hosting after the bandwidth quota exceeded. I am not able to deactivate the purchase code from the previous installation as the bandwidth is exceeded. Hi, I downloaded your Inestio Wordpress website from Envato Elements. But it didn’t come with a purchase code. As I am in need of assistance. On my blog post on mobile it shows the following under the Connect Today button: Categories, Recent Comments, Tags, Contact us and Calendar. It is only showing up on mobile devices and not on desktop. I would like to remove this from the mobile blog page. How do I do this? Thank you in advance. If you look at the page on a mobile device you will see the difference. I would like to not have Categories, Recent Comments, Tags, Contact us and Calendar on the mobile blog post.

Hi. In mobile mode, when scrolling down, if I go to click on the sticky header menu, i lose my place on the page. If I scroll down the page and then I click on the hamburger menu in mobile, it shoots my position back to the top of the page. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanmks

Thank you for creating a great theme! We have some issues with updating the following items:
1. Header-Home-1 layout: Changing background color doesn’t ‘stick’ and won’t show on the front-end. Home page still shows default black background.
2. Home page – Slider Revolution – When we update text position and save the slider the Home page still shows the old text position.
Can you please advise on the above?

Thank you for your reply, Christine. Unfortunately, the response wasn’t helpful. I’ve installed theme on a clean WordPress install with demo content, downgraded Elementor to v. 2.9.9. as advised by you, no other plugins other than yours were installed. We still are not able to keep the header and Revolution Slider changes and display them on the front end.

Hi what does it mean when your theme says it’s not gutenberg optimized? Will blog posts be added in classic editor or how does that look? Also, is it possible to float the header right with no social icons on a white background?

You will be able to create new posts and pages with Gutenberg without a problem.
Regarding the header, it is possible to remove socials and float the menu right. It can be easily done editing the header layout with Elementor Page Builder.

I was installed inestio theme in micdubai.com, after installed i hit slider revolution display issue on all pages.
