I’ve raised 37 bugs. Today I found a few more, but I do not have time to fight with dummy support, when they saying that they are fixing something, but sill doesn’t work! Also, many times when they ware making some fix, they ware broking the page in the other place. So many bugs!!!!!! So bad support!!!! I was trying to be nice, on the beginning, but I was waiting for a two days, to got a feedback: “I’m not able to login to your ftp server”. I’ve respond in a second that they used WP credentials and… nothing… after next two days same situation… NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE. One more think – They do not have retina screens, and they are not able to test retina fixes!!!!! So they did’n fix retina issues! Do you believe? Here is a link to the ticket’s list.

You can track how much time I wasted for the discussion with them….. Really warts support EVER. I do not have enough time to describe whole situation, but it was first time in my live when I collaborated in this way…

Hi guys, Five days ago, I’ve raised a ticket with 7 issues. One is the major issue NOT WOKING MAIN PLUGIN (Event/Conference) and what? And nothing! Till today Support not fixed it! They are trying to buy more time by saying me that they cannot log into FTP. I have no fuc…g ice what is going on! I’ve checked it 10 times, I’ve asked my friends to try to login by using same credentials an everyone CAN login into server, except support!

WTF Guys? I gave you full access, even for the admin to the server, and you just saying my that you cannot login and you sending me a screenshot with te error BUT YOU ARE USING CREDENTIALS FOR WP-ADMIN not for a server!

nice theme. Like to check this page as a reference to my questions:

1. Is this page a single event page that is already configured for all events or basically i have to manually do it for every event?

2. The widget on the right with the number of tickets left will correspond to the event ticketing system right? I like to confirm that its not just a display that i have to manually create.

3. The button in red “Joins Us Now” does not lead to the payment gateway. Does it mean that this theme does not enable it but the function is there or basically i need to get another plugin to fill up the gap or, that i need to upgrade to a pro version of a certain plugin and pay them a fee?

4. There is no mention of what events and ticketing system you use, is this custom built? If yes, then it will be great as well. Could you direct me to documentation for this theme?

5.The Event schedule and event speakers tabs are not just tabs right? I would like to check if they are actually part of the single page form ups rather than a widget that i have to recreate for every event post

6. Event sponsors widget are they front end enabled for sponsors to sign up and create and automatically displayed on this widget or basically this is something that i have to create manually. If it was, then could you suggest how i can make it as per the former?

7. Lastly, would like to request for documentation and a back end tour through teamviewer before i make my purchase. I would also remove this comment after your reply for convenience reasons.

I know my support has expired, but suddenly I cannot edit Images, Pricing and Schedule sections of events. No links at all. I’ve done a WP downgrade to 4.6.1 but everything remains the same. Could you help me? Thks

I have a real issue with the date, I cant set the date on an event. it already say it has expired.

Even when I try to set a start and enddate of an event in the backend, it alwasy change the date to the date today and following exception is trhown.

Unfortunately it took my customer longer to finish this project. So my support has expired. Could you please still look into my problem. Or what do I need to do for support? I have a problem with wrong event dates:

​In General Settings I set the time zone to “Los Angeles”. So the system shows correctly: Universal time (UTC) is 2018-01-18 19:13:43. Local time is 2018-01-18 11:13:43.

I have an event with event dat 01/18/2018. It shows so in the backend. But in the front end ​it shows the same event with date 01/17/2018​ and already expired. WHY? Thanks for your quick help.

Hi; I would like to open a event website. But I have few questions. 1- Can people join web site and add/edit their events? Is that simple with Wordpress loading. 2- Will passed events delete from shown events, is there a calendar working on? 3- Can events shown on a map?

The dates are displaying off by one day again. You fixed this for me before, but after updating the problem is back. Can you just fix your theme once and for all please?
