I STRONGLY DO. OT RECOMMAND THOS TEMPLATE AND COMPANY!!!!!!!

I've raised 37 bugs. Today I found a few more, but I do not have time to fight with dummy support, when they saying that they are fixing something, but sill doesn't work! Also, many times when they ware making some fix, they ware broking the page in the other place. So many bugs!!!!!! So bad support!!!! I was trying to be nice, on the beginning, but I was waiting for a two days, to got a feedback: "I'm not able to login to your ftp server". I've respond in a second that they used WP credentials and... nothing... after next two days same situation... NIGHTMARE, NIGHTMARE. One more think - They do not have retina screens, and they are not able to test retina fixes!!!!! So they did'n fix retina issues! Do you believe? Here is a link to the ticket's list.

You can track how much time I wasted for the discussion with them..... Really warts support EVER. I do not have enough time to describe whole situation, but it was first time in my live when I collaborated in this way...

Shame, guys. shame!

The event dates are disappearing each time and are replaced by the current date. Wanted this theme especially for this function, it doesn't work despite the many comments about this issue on their page... nothing has been done

The customer support is terrible. I have been waiting for more than 7 days with my tickets and still no reply yet.

I cannot even import the demo data, which should be a fairly easy thing to do, so please sort your bugs out before publishing a theme.

Never had I encountered so many problems with one theme, I guess this is what I get for trying an author outside of the ones I've have nothing but success for. My first issue with this theme is the prepackaged Visual composer would not install, which lead me to creating a ticket at the author's support site and providing them with login credentials to install what should have been done with the theme.

Then when trying to use visual composer it would not load... So when I go to submit another support ticket my login credentials didn't work so I had to login with Evanto and create a new ticket. Which at this point I can't sit around and wait for a response so as I'm writing this I'm looking for an entirely new theme and will just have to eat the loss of wasting $59 on this useless theme.

Like I said having been a member for over 8 years this is the 1st theme I had to leave a negative comment and low score. And I can honestly say that I won't purchase another theme from this Author ever again, regardless of how beautiful it looks.

Sucks refunds aren't possible nonetheless lesson learned.
