The demo content import does not work nor are the manual import files provided with the theme zip. I contacted the author who over 24 hours later sent a dropbox link to the demo import files. These DID NOT work either. I told the author I was already late on the project because of his theme errors and he did not respond for almost two days. He only responded when I requested a refund through Theme Forest. At this point I had already been forced to buy a new theme to continue my work. He has REFUSED to refund the theme cost.

I really liked one of the template page of this theme but I have been reading the comments and it seems people are not very happy with it and the service. What a shame because I was going to buy it.

I’ve juts bought the Infinity Theme on Envato, but I’m having lots of troubles with it.

First, I can’t open a Ticket on the Support Page at https://themexriver.ticksy.com. As I can see in lots of comments, the purchase code is not accepted.

Second, When I try to install the theme on my Wordpress, my URL and my Word Press – Admin stops working – This message appears: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM, expecting T_VARIABLE in /home/storage/3/e8/ac/lavanderiaboutiq1/public_html/wp-content/themes/infinity/core/libs/custom-styles.php on line 30
