Awesome theme! Your title is a bit wrong.

Good luck.

We’ve sent message to envato support to get the title sorted.

Excellent theme, clean and professional. Good luck with the sales :)

Hi as I think I am the first buyer of your theme, I need a bit of support. Before I installed the recommended plugins the site in live view looked similar. I installed the plugins and the slider disappeared. I narrowed it down to the Kirki plugin as soon as I deactivated it the top slider appeared. Secondly I’m used to having for example “home” pages to edit with my own content. I can not find that in the pages. Even after adding the demo data. In fact when I want to update front page from the dashboard it goes no where. I really want to make this theme work as I love the layout of it but I need some help.

Hi again just curious can I change the side widget colours? Is it possible with code?

The widget title border uses the accent colour from the customizer. You can set your own colour with this CSS:

.sidebar .widget-title {
background-color: #FF0000;
border-color: #000000;
color: #FFFFFF;

.sidebar .widget {
    color: #FF0000;

We’re glad you found the theme easy to use. Please don’t forget to take a second to rate the item.

Hi I’ve just purchased the theme ‘Influencer’ however, when I try to upload it to wordpress through plugins it says

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.”

help me because this theme was already pricey for me and I thought it would be a quick and easy process :(

To install WordPress themes go to Appearance > Themes in the admin dashboard.

There are full installation instructions included in the documentation which you can find in the complete theme package.

If you have any more questions feel free to reply to this thread.

Nice theme! Good luck with sales! ;)

Hi do you have code to remove the featured image from the single post. I’ve tried a few but nothing is working. We are super happy with this theme.

To remove the featured image from all posts remove this piece of code from loop-single.php in the theme’s templates folder:

<?php if ( !in_array( get_post_format(), array( "audio", "image", "gallery", "video" ) ) &&    has_post_thumbnail() ) { ?>

    <!-- BEGIN .postFeaturedImage -->
    <div class="postFeaturedImage">

        <?php the_post_thumbnail(); ?>

        <?php $caption = get_post( get_post_thumbnail_id( $post->ID ) )->post_excerpt;

        if ( !empty( $caption ) ) { ?>

            <p class="wp-caption-text"><?php echo esc_html( $caption ); ?></p>

        <?php } ?>

    <!-- END .postFeaturedImage -->

<?php } ?>
To remove the featured image from specific posts you will have to alter the theme code by changing this in loop-single.php:
<?php if ( !in_array( get_post_format(), array( "audio", "image", "gallery", "video" ) ) &&    has_post_thumbnail() ) { ?>
to this:
<?php if ( !in_array( get_post_format(), array( "audio", "image", "gallery", "video" ) ) &&    has_post_thumbnail() && get_post_meta( $post->ID, 'influencer_hide_featured_image', true ) == "" ) { ?>

And then add a custom field to the post with name “influencer_hide_featured_image” and a value of “true”.

We’ll be adding this option in the next version of the theme but I have no ETA for the first update.

Thank you so much

Nice job, well done!

Hi there. Our team is looking to possibly implement using a child theme to further customization with the Influencer theme. Is this something that would be possible with your current code?

We always recommend using a child theme when using our themes.It’s the WordPress standard and saves a lot of headaches down the road when it comes to updating. We include a skeleton child theme with all of our themes to help you get started.

Hi – Is it possible to reduce the height of the featured slider on the homepage? Thanks!

This is very simple to do with a single line of CSS which can be added in the Customizer or added to the style.css of your child theme.

.owl-item-inner { padding-bottom: 54% }

Adjust the percentage value to change the aspect ratio of the slider images. Note that this will not change the image width.

Hello, does this theme integrate well with the Wishlist membership plugin?

I’m not familiar with the plugin. Influencer is built to WordPress standards so there is no reason why the theme and plugin shouldn’t work together if the plugin is also coded to WordPress standards.

Hi! Presale question: can you share the documentation of the theme? thanks

Here is a link to the Influencer theme’s documentation file. The theme itself is very simple to use and sticks closely to WordPress best practices so if you have used WordPress before you shouldn’t have any problems.

Hello, I have installed one of your templates in Wordpress, and the template does not match the one I bought, called Influencer. The template that is installed is something businesslike. I hope you can solve the problem. A greeting.

Hi, I don’t know what I can do to import the demo content. I tried with Appearance > Import Demo Data and I get a mistake. After that I tried to follow these steps:

-Go to Settings > Widget Importer / Exporter in the admin dashboard.
-Click the Choose File button and select the widgets.wie file from the demo's folder.
-Click Import Widgets to begin the import.
-When the import is complete a list of the imported widgets will be displayed.

But after waiting a few minutes I see this message on my screen:

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

Thank you for your help…

Regards, Josu Trocaola

You don’t actually need to import the widgets from the demo. You can easily add which ever widgets you want to the sidebars.

You shouldn’t need to use the manual import even if you get a “500 Server Error” message when using the automatic import. I believe the “500 server error” is a bug in the import plugin. Even if you get the error all of the import will be completed except the navigation menus will be created but not set to display at the correct theme locations.

  • Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and click the Import Demo button. If the import completes you’re done!
  • If you get an error message, go to Appearance > Menus and click the “Manage Locations” tab. On that screen assign the menus to the locations (the menu and their correct location have the same name) and click “save changes”.
  • Finally go to Appearance > Customize > Influencer Theme > Featured Slider. On this panel in the customizer make sure “featured” is selected for the “Featured Posts Term” option. For some reason the import wasn’t setting this correctly. You should then see the featured post slider on the home page.
