Hi, I purchased this theme almost 2 weeks ago and on the 3 of march sent a suport ticket with a few doubts we had. In the instructions said that it will take up to 2 bussines days for the autor to anwser, but its been a whole week and we have no answer yet. We would very much like to gets anwsers about this becouse its an important part of the theme the one we need help with,

Is it possible to disallow all users post questions but only answer questions. Only Admin to post questions.

Hello! How to localize custom fields in the Home Page template (Home Page-Style 3), for example: 1,2,3 st Column Heading & Column Text, Section Heading, Section Sub Hading, View All Articles Text, as well as the menu in the upper-left corner. The site is in two languages, I use the WPML plugin and when I switch the site to another language, the text entered in these fields is displayed only in one language. I need these fields to change – each in its own language

Hello. I need an intranet that allows users to only view files, does not allow them to download files. I also need the intranet to allow a user to upload documents through a simple interface, not through code. Can that be in your theme?

Both are possible. The files should be password protected if you don’t allow the users to download them. WordPress itself has this feature in its core system.
And no code required to upload documents, “upload files by an user” feature can be viewed here in the live demo.

1. The server should be compatible to run WordPress latest versions (5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6).
2. The theme has its own captcha manager.
3. No page builder is used. WordPress default page editor has been used in Infocenter theme. And right now we don’t have the facility to provide you admin area access.

If you are using a ‘Nulled’ theme downloaded from somewhere else, please discard that theme and use a licensed InfoCenter theme purchased from ThemeForest. If you use properly licensed theme, you won’t have any annoying issues

Hello, thank you for designing the theme, it has a lot of the elements I need to design my business website. I recently purchased it but I’m having issues formatting and editing. I can’t find where to change the colors (default is red), I also can’t find how to change the front page to the various templates displayed in the live demo. I save options on theme options, but when I go to the site I don’t see the changes. There is a top blue bar that appears (on theme options) that states to change the template page to one of choice when I go to Settings -> Reading, but I do not have that option on my WP dashboard, i.e. there’s no option on Reading that allows me to select a page template. Please let me know how I can actually customize the theme to choose my colors of choice and insert my page templates of choice, and choose the layout I want based on the options from the live demo. Also, is it possible for me to change the font, if so, how? Thank you.
