THIS THEME USE ONLY SHORTCODES
This theme is very complicated to use. In order to implement many of the infographic features, you have to build them using directly the shortcode system. This system is really clunky and slow to build.
This is the only theme that I have ever purchased and didn't end up using (and no, I was not able to get my money back.)
Someone with more interest in using shortcodes extensively would enjoy this theme. I personally did not. Here is how the onepage example is made:

Hello,
Yes, Infographer theme is using shortcodes and not visual page builder like some of our other themes, and if you don't like using shortcodes you could check theme description or to ask presale question regarding that, so it isn't fair to rate our product that low because of that. In case that our theme is too complicated for usage, and you don't want to use it, you can submit a refund request and we will discuss it there.

This website looks awesome and is really easy to set up. Especially excellent are all the icons it comes with ... plus I found a graphic designer to make more which made it even better!
Theme is good Has some issues with php 7. Installed on 2 other servers running and still had some issues. Short codes should be converted to wysiwyg editor.
Still a good buy and a decent theme if you don't mind the work.
This is a reminant of an older time when Wordpress was hard to customise and insanely hard to use with millions of shortcodes... A nightmare to use.

Infographer is one of our first theme and it was developed yeas ago. In that time we did the best we could.
We implemented plenty of our custom modular shortcodes and you could use our Qode shortcode button to add shortcodes on page http://screencast.com/t/SwzcHyPkj8h
We find it unfair to rate our theme so bad just because of this. We are always updating our theme and all plugins. Additionally, on our support forum trained support agents are on your service for any doubt you have. Please, try to get in touch with them again so they could help you with setting up your site in our theme or with any theme option and customization.

It's a good theme but a little more awkward to work with than I would have liked.
