I have asked for support on the support page. I have given access to my server and ftp..one minor item was addressed...the rest of the theme is a mess. Now Visual composer refuses to work without a paid update...which this theme really relies on. Sorry, for me, this was a bad experience. I am left with 6 days to launch and searching for a new theme..
We checked and the only ticket from this account seems to be regarding excerpt length on which we replied 3 weeks ago and received no response, if needed - you can reopen the ticket and we will help you.
