Hello, I'm sorry for out of work long time for covid reason. I just back to work in some day ago. What your issue? could your re-send you support request. I will check and help you solve the issue.
The template doesn't work. There is no support. You will lose the money.
Please do not purchase this template. The author does not communicate and there is a big problem with activation. An error pops up when activating, even if you have an activation code. It's a waste of money!

Although this is a great theme and we do like it, Support has become non existent. Initially support was great, we even paid for quite a few hours of extra customisation, but all that support no longer exists. We have been trying to get in touch with these guys for months, we have some important questions to ask so that our new developers can assist us with the custom work we need. Our developers have even tried contacting them via their Envato accounts but still no reply. I have been prompted to purchase more support, but we feel we would be just throwing money away and not receive any reply. We had planned to purchase some of their other themes but that plan has since changed, what's the point with no support!

I have created stickers that need support but up to a month ago there was no response at all. The link documents for the theme cannot be accessed.
I've been struggling with this theme for 2 years. No answer to support questions for months. Before that, there were always problems because no one of the team could be reached. I complained to Envato and am asking for my money back.
Customer support very bad. They don't respond to my ticket.
The site does download and installs with minimal issues however the support is less than satisfactory. Reaching the author has been extremely difficult and communication has been non-existent. I would not recommend a developer to make this purchase due to the lack of information about the product made available. We're talking no video walkthroughs and no copy explaining its key features like resume packages, job renewals, and so much more.
The site is built on WP Bakery and uses Revolution Slider heavily. Minus all typos and poor grammatic errors, it could have been a solid purchase IF and only IF SUPPORT was available.
PS: I purchased additional support on this product and as of now, I haven't received any contact at all.

Honestly the amount of problems with this themes is not acceptable. it's like you must have a yearly plan of support so that you can fix your issues.
1- login doesn't always work
2- job which are expired are still visible in the featured list.
3- if you write a text in a language other than english, it doesn't display correctly.
the overall theme functionality in theory is amazing, but you need the theme to work as it should but for that you need 24/7 support .

I have been waiting for support since 1/17/2021. Today is 2/10/2021. This product is hard to customize and it is filled with bugs. The support is non-existent and they should NOT be able to say that this theme is well documented, it is NOT!

Bad theme, buggy, doesn't work a waste of my money and time! Looks good but doesn't work! Customer service none existing.
