I updated to the latest version of wordpress and somehow my drop down menu disappeared. Has there been a recent update to this theme? I purchased it in 2019 and it looks like 2020 was the latest update?

I have tried to use the support form but it’s telling me I need to renew my support and I don’t know why I would have to pay for support when I’m just trying to figure out why the theme stopped working after a WP update. I haven’t touched this theme in 2 years and I see there’s been no updated release since 2020 so please advise as to what I should be doing.
And I also tried a clean install of the template in another directory just to see if the latest version would work and it does not.

We are having the same issue and we have WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.1 and it still doesn’t work with this version. I have contacted the author via support for this theme and i hope he will manage to fix this.

Anyway, if you mean the contact1 page, this is the style of the textbox and it is disappear by default due to the animation, if you need to make it visible, please contact us via support form to provide you with code required.

As per themeforest review rules, these modules are treated as plugin territory and can use plugins instead.
On our side, we love to add them, but the theme won’t be approved if we add them.
So I recommend you use a plugin to make the same functionality
so please change your item description at your homepage, there are described Key Features for this theme like: “Fully Functional and customizable Coming Soon page”, “Fully Functional and customizable Maintenance Mode page”. It’s misleading.
There is nothing in the item description says that.

Nice Theme, The Sliders are Missing, and the Import wrote “There is a problem importing Data” after any Seconds, The Server Configurations is okay… The Slider Import File is not in the Zip.. Best Regards, Sven
