Ive tried submitting a support ticket about five times now for the Inteco Architect theme and when i hit submit the submit button goes grey and nothing else happens. Ive tried it in Chrome and Edge. No difference. How can i get in touch. Username with themeforest/envato petesit. Thanks
Can you make sure that you purchase this theme under the username “petesit” ? Because right now we do not have the purchase badge and this means that this account didn’t purchase the theme.
There are two methods to submit the ticket.

You need to login to Themeforest(or Codecanyon if you purchased plugin) to your profile page with account that purchased this item. Then click on the tab download and you can find it there.

I did all of that and still couldnt submit a ticket. I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the purchase.
Ok I got it. You submitted the ticket under the wrong theme. It must be “Architecture” theme, not “Inteco”.
You can try to submit ticket again but I also forwarded your email to our supporter as well.

OK. Ive tried to raise a ticket before. Ive been told to select Architecture not Inteco when submitting the ticket but the only one with Architecture in the name is Inteco?. Ive done as advised but there are problems.

This error occurs on the site of a client of mine, but also on your own demo site.
It happens when using the “load more” button on the portfolio when there are more than 2 pages. (which means that the value of the load_more key in the ajax request is not “none”)
I can not submit this as a ticket since I do not have a license code. But since the error also occurs on your demo site I figured you might want to check it out anyway.
I like your template and am interested to buy it, I will build my site in both Arabic and English, so before buying this template I would like to make sure that the (RTL) feature is supported. I haven't seen it in this form, will you add it soon?
Or if I add it myself, will it affect the appearance of the model and cause problems with it?

Sorry for the late reply due to weekend. Yes, the theme also supports RTL. However, after using and if you notice any spots that can’t use with RTL, you can let us know. We will fix it ASAP.
Hi, I have updated the theme to the latest version 1.2.0
But the version of the Goodlayers Core plugin is still the same as before the update (version 1.6.0) is this normal? or is there an update available for this plugin too?

But in the ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’ section the Goodlayers Core plugin does not appear.
My question is, if version 1.6.0 of Goodlayers Core plugin is the latest one?
1. The current version is 1.8.4.
2. hm, that’s weird.. After you updated the theme to latest version, you will be required to register the theme with the purchase code, not sure if you’ve done it yet? https://take.ms/xdPqT (if you didn’t, please do that as it’s required for updating the core plugin and please wait for couple hours until the system refresh your version status so the update notice will appear)

I have a question about Portfolio Navigation. If I enable the “Enable Single Portfolio Navigation” option, the Next and Previous buttons will appear in the portfolios. However, this is not the only way to navigate a particular category. However, if I turn on the “Enable Single Portfolio Navigation Within Same Tag” option, the buttons will not appear anywhere. Am I not doing something right?

Yes, you can do that by enabling the “first_as_label” option and adding “Select Desired Services” as the first option.

This is happening because the background image and the white background color are on the same Column element. You need to add the background image on the Wrapper element.

Yes, you can add self-hosted/internal video along with the stationary photos here. Autoplay and loop can also be enabled.
