Even though after many false promises about improving support, the author has let everybody down. I purchased it with support, but they where never available. Don't buy this! Waste of money as you do need support with Magento themes.

I love the design quality of this theme. It is very easy to manage and comes with great support from developer.

The theme is the best ive used (been using magento for about 4 years) - its extremely well designed and has a lot of settings that enable your to easy turn certain things on /off that in many themes require you to go editing - so that has been a time saver. It looks great and worked out the box with a fresh install on 1.9.3.3.
Ive been changing quite a lot but code is clearly written and commented so that has been helpful.
The only issue Ive had is trying to use SEO SUite Ultimate by following the instructions in the article - that has broken category pages (followed it to the letter) . I sent a support ticket yesterday but have o response yet but that is a extension issue really so no big deal - the mageworx guys are looking into it for me now anyway.
Recommend this theme for sure - its actually inspired me !

The support renewal is very expensive. Buy $89 dollars and renew for more that $64. I thought it used to be around $25.

Wanted to renew.

for Feature Availability

What is a magento site with out layered navigation (search for a wine, or stores like amazon) , well 99% of templates lack of it. I looked for years regarding these feature and Intenso theme have it all.

Support is vey hit and miss, have asekd simple question about a couple of things that WE need to adjust, and we are given a copy paste answer that is of no use.
We understand the support policy with themeforest.

However you do allow the Answering technical questions abouts the theme, its in your OWN support document on the support page.

We are not asking YOU to customise the theme for us, we can do that ourselve, we just need some simple answers that you should be happy to provide to us.

I’m afraid your expectation about the support service goes beyond what’s outlined in Envato’s Support Policy. Providing support or advice to modify or extend a theme beyond the original features, style and functionality is not included in the support service. "Answering technical question" refers to general question about how a feature is implemented and not debugging or sending custom code for a feature that’s not broken on a fresh installation.

Customers who need to change or add its own HTML, CSS, PHP or JS code must have knowledge of Magento or hire an experienced developer to do so.

The best theme ever bought!! It Just works!
I think this should be the standard on all themes!

The customer support is non-existent.
Dismiss each with "not-included in the support service". I followed the correct way to customize the theme but it works only partially (and this is a bug for me). So I asked them WHERE (not how) I could find the file to edit the registration page because following the "right way" and changing the standard file (app/design/frontend/intenso/custom/template/customer/form I also tried app/design/frontend/intenso/default/.. ) does not work... and this is a problem of the theme!! It's my right to know, especially if the theme is not working properly.
Any problems for the customer service of Intenso are "not-included in the support service". Do not buy the support, it is absolutely inefficient.

I’m afraid your expectation about the support service goes beyond what’s outlined in Envato’s Support Policy. Providing support or advice to modify or extend a theme beyond the original features, style and functionality is not included in the support service.

Customers who need to change or add its own HTML, CSS, PHP or JS code must have knowledge of Magento or hire an experienced developer to do so. To know what template you need to edit to change a specific part of the theme you need to enable "Magento Template Paths Hints", which is a core feature of Magento not related to the theme.

Hi. I change the review of one star to five star. Intenso is a great theme but his probleme was the bad support.
NOW Daniel work beside Rosana and by the moment, this girl replay nice and fast, she is professional !

The theme is absolutely great, but I dont get any respond of the team anymore. I have now 3 open tickets. And the last one I opened in October 2016! They just dont reply. I have a lot of patience. But this is just not okey..
